Ein rundum tolles Hotel mit herausragenden Service und Essen.
Pros:

Das Personal war überaus freundlich und zuvorkommend. Der Service war absolut unschlagbar und das Essen war himmlisch.

Cons:

Im Bad und im Zimmer war auf einigen Oberflächen etwas Staub zu sehen. Das sollte verbessert werden.

Innenhof und der Pool sind Juwele!

Cons:

Frühstücksangebot und Preise an der Hotelbar find ich (auch mit Blick auf das Hotel) zu teuer.

Das Zimmer war ganz gut, schöne breite Betten ,man konnte gut schlafen.
Der Service war auch ganz nett.
Alles war soweit gut, ich würde 4 Sterne 🌟 geben

Beim Duschen war plötzlich das Wasser weg, kann
Ja mal passieren, aber nicht wenn man eingeseift ist. Nach ein paar Minuten kam das Wasser wieder.
Keine Parkplätze für ein 5 Sterne Hotel , ist sehr ungewöhnlich. Der Pool hat nur 28 Grad, für kleine Kinder ist es zu kalt.

Die zentrale Nähe, vor allem zum Weihnachtsmarkt

Cons:

Leider sehr viel Staub besonders im Bad und auf dem Kopfteil des Bettes . Keine Info, wie man mit dem Aufzug in den Keller kommt. Leider sehr teuer

Beim nächsten Aufenthalt in Dresden werden wir uns wieder für das Hotel Gewandhaus entscheiden!
Pros:

Für unseren Aufenthalt in Dresden war die Lage des Hotels perfekt, alle Sehenswürdigkeiten der Altstadt fußläufig erreichbar! Frühstück war super und das Klassikzimmer hatte allen Komfort den man sich wünschen kann. Besonders hervorzuheben war die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hotelmitarbeiter!
