Wonderful Stay
Pros:

Location was perfect to see all main tourist attractions and wonderful restaurants next door.
Reception staff were fantastic and very helpful.
Our room was amazing with a hot tub bath and had a terrace with view of dome of St Peters Basillica/Vatican.

Cons:

Tea and Coffee facilities in room were limited

Great location close to the Vatican

Cons:

Some of the staff at reception were very unhelpful. One even refused to get us some milk when there was none in the room. They were very poor at giving advice on city tours. The one exception was the young man who was working at the small bar. He should be in charge of customer service.

O hotel pra quem quer ficar cara a cara com o Papa.
Pros:

Pra quem busca uma viagem religiosa, é o melhor local. É, literalmente, ao lado da Praça de São Pedro, o que facilitou bastante nossa locomoção. Minha mãe, uma idosa, não encontrou dificuldades. Mas tenha em mente que é um pouco mais afastado dos outros pontos turísticos de Roma. Escolha esse hotel se você preferir ficar cara a cara com o Papa.

Cons:

O café da manhã poderia ser um pouco mais rico. Haviam muitas opções, mas senti falta de alguns itens e de um preparado melhor em relação aos ovos. Faltou refinamento.

Pros:

Hotel très bien situé (proche du Vatican et à 5 minutes à pied de la basilique St Pierre) et très calme car dans une rue piétonne. Réservation de 2 chambres avec une demande de chambres proches qui a été respectée, elles étaient située l'une à coté de l'autre. Plusieurs restaurants à proximité immédiate. Service de bagagerie gratuit pour le dernier jour très appréciable.

Cons:

Chambres un peu petites pour 3 personnes et douches/baignoires à rénover.

Pros:

The hotel was really very beautiful, small but cosy and nice. The location was excellent in 5-10 minutes from the famous historical.places such as Vatican museums or St.Peter's Church. There were.many great restaurants and shops around. The staff was very helpful and friendly, especially Alessandro, Flavia and Ramona. We had late check-in (almost in the night) but was welcomed very warm. We enjoyed the breakfast, bar service. Me and my family strongly recommend this property.

Estancia maravillosa en la Ciudad Eterna.
Pros:

Me gustó mucho todo y estuvimos muy agusto en este hotel. Perfectamente ubicado a tres minutos andando del Vaticano y a 7 del Castel St Angelo. El resto de atracciones turisticas quedaba muy cerca tambien, a modo de ejemplo, 15 min a la Fontana di Trevi. Está en una calle semi peatonal, muy tranquila y nada masificada. La habitación triple fue perfecta: tamaño adecuado, camas confortables y muy limpio todo.
A destacar la amabilidad de todo el personal, desde los recepcionistas que nos orientaron en todo momento, el personal del comedor a la hora del desayuno y el personal de limpieza. Así da gusto viajar. Desde luego, me volvería a alojar en este hotel y lo recomendaría sin dudarlo.
