Great location. Hotel staff was nice. Breakfast was good.

It was the perfect location.

Cons:

We had reserved a room with two beds but the second bed was basically a cot. Not really usable for an adult so my sister and I just slept together. I don’t think the quality of the second bed was clear when we made the reservation. We expected each bed to be equal like all the other hotels we stayed at in Italy. This was the only place where the second bed was a cot pretty much on the floor. They still use old style keys and they were annoying to carry around.

A very pleasant stay
Pros:

It is located on a busy street Borgo Pio. The staff are lovely and we were upgraded for free due to us being on honeymoon. We arrived early and the staff stored our bags and also took them to our room, along with putting flowers we had bought in a vase. We were very thankful for this.

Hotel is good, but there are better hotels in the region.

Gutes Hotel mit Top Lage.
Pros:

Das Hotel ist sehr gut. Die Lage des Hotels ist wirklich optimal. Es war alles ordentlich im Zimmer und die Mitarbeiter waren sehr freundlich.

Cons:

Das Frühstück hat uns nicht zugesagt. Die Lüftung im Innenhof war störend.

Excellent- much more than expected- pleasantly surprised with great location, breakfast selections and happy hour

Conveniently located! Staff and service were exceptional - and was not expecting a private terrace!!! Nice touch

Cons:

The only inconvenience was not enough electrical plugs in the main area- there was no plug by the additional bed
