Excellent stay in a beautiful hotel near the Vatican.
Pros:

Comfortable and a really fantastic location to enjoy time near the Vatican. Very comfortable bedding and perfect shower and closet space. Great stay.

Cons:

Very little we didn’t like- maybe just add conditioner to the shower (but would only be a minor thing)!

Είναι καθαρό, σε καλή τοποθεσία δίπλα από το Βατικανό, με ευγενέστατο προσωπικό ειδικά ο Άλεξ αλλά και όλοι εργαζόμενοι στη ρεσεψιόν και στο πρόγευμα. Τα δωμάτια είναι άνετα. Έχει αρκετά εστιατόρια στον δρόμο και σχετικά κοντά σουπερμάρκετ.

Cons:

Ο κλιματισμός έκανε λίγο θόρυβο.
Μια ανανέωση στο πάτωμα των δωματίων θα το αναβάθμιζε!

Would choose this hotel again in an our next trip back.
Pros:

Location close to the Vatican where we spent most of our stay. Outside pedestrian friendly strip where no cars are allowed. Good selection of nostalgic evening outdoor dining with Italian music.

Cons:

Difficult to regulate the direction of cold air from air-conditioning away from the bed. Not a major problem as the outdoor smouldering hot weather balanced out.

Cons:

Największym rozczarowaniem była obsługa recepcji. Pracownicy byli nieuprzejmi sprawiali jakby każda prośba była dla nich problemem. Nie wykazywali chęci pomocy ani zainteresowania zgłoszeniem problemów. W hotelu tej klasy oczekiwalibyśmy wyższego poziomu obsługi i większość życzliwości wobec klienta. Niestety to właśnie kontakt z recepcja pozostawił bardzo negatywne wrażenie i sprawił że pobyt nie spełnia moich oczekiwań.

Great location to visit the Vatican.
Pros:

My husband and I visited Rome for a mini break and chose somewhere near the Vatican and our hotel was very near which was great. It was also near the local cycle track and riverside walkway.
The room had everything you would need for a short stay including air-con, a fridge, safety deposit box, a hairdryer and toiletries but the bed was old and creaked every time you moved which interrupted our sleep.
The buffet was an extensive continental selection but my husband likes a cooked breakfast and all that was on offer was scrambled eggs and mini sausages. The staff at breakfast were all lovely and warm.
There were lots of shops and places to eat just outside the hotel.
We enjoy walking so we walked to a lot of the attractions such as the Trevi Fountain, the Pantheon and the Spanish Steps. The weather was extremely hot but we had did our homework and had taken chilly bottles which we used every day. There are water fountains all over the city and the water is cold and very refreshing.
We took the Metro to the Colosseum which was further out from our hotel.
The day before we left we went to the girl in reception to book a taxi to the airport and she said it would be €60 but Rome taxis have a maximum of €50 anywhere in the city so we questioned this and the girl said this was the standard price and was quite unhelpful and her face spoke volumes. The girl was in her 20s with light brown hair. We had previously emailed the hotel regarding transport from the airport as they had advertised this but we never got a reply.

Pros:

Bien ubicado, con restaurantes sobre la calle y con accesos al transporte público. El personal es cordial y nos atendieron bien.

Cons:

Tuvimos problemas con el aire acondicionado (no enfriaba); la segunda noche nos cambiaron de habitación y mejoró.
