Da localização. Da piscina.

Cons:

Tudo precisava de cuidados, a pintura, o espaço exterior, os colchoes, toalhas. Tudo muito descuidado e velho, cozinha pouco apetrechada. Estavam em obras .

Pros:

O lugar é perfeito! Perto de Portimão, Lagos e quem está de carro é o melhor lugar no Algarve. Deixaram a gente fazer chekin antes! Levamos um cachorro e foi tudo tranquilo. Sem contar que o dono( não sei se é o dono) é um senhor muito agradável e comunicativo. Os quartos são enormes! 4 pessoas tranquilo. Cozinha equipada! Vou voltar sempre e trazer muitos clientes do Brasil.

A relaxing stay at a comfortable location with Pickleball courts😊
Pros:

Nice quiet setting with comfortable rooms for longer stay. Each room had cooking facilities for self catering. Nice spacious living area and generous space in bathroom with walkin shower. Good location for families on a budget to enjoy time together. The pools were well kept and the surrounding area had plenty of sun loungers and unbrelkas to provide sun protection. This location is not near the beaches and would require a car for other activities. I liked the easy access to the Pickleball courts which are part of the property😎👍

Esta muy bien de precio y tiene lavavajillas y lavadora que vienen muy bien si haces vida en el apartamento

Cons:

Falta de mantenimiento en instalaciones comunes, no vendría mal una capa de pintura y alguna inversion.

Een appartement om tot rust te komen met een balkon aan de voor- en achterzijde
Pros:

Leuk aangelegd met een echt prachtig zwembad

Cons:

Het totale complex is wat verouderd, maar ze waren al bezig met het opknappen ervan
