It was perfect for our short visit
Pros:

Great central location. Loved the store inside the hotel and the antique prints and other items decorating the hotel.

Cons:

We only stayed one night! The front desk could have been more welcoming. It was a little pricey but there weren’t a lot of other options in the area.

위치는 정말좋습니다

Cons:

방이 너무 좁아서 캐리어 두개를 펼치니 공간이 꽉참. 옷을 거는곳도 정말 아주 협소.
히스토리가 있는 숙소라하여 낭만과 품격을 기대하고 예약했는데 직원들도 무표정 무뚝뚝. 조식먹는 중인데 익스큐즈미 라는 말 한마디없이 그릇을 아주 러프하게 치움.
우리부부도 50대이지만 노부부가 대부분임.
싼 곳도 아닌데 아주 저렴한 서비스를 받은 기분..다시 포르투에 간다면 여기는 안 묶을듯. 엘베도 반 층에 걸쳐있어서-무거운 캐리어들고 계단을 오르락내리락 했음

Lovely boutique hotel with exceptional service and a prime location
Pros:

Lovely room in a charming boutique hotel. Very quiet, despite being perfectly situated in a bustling part of Porto surrounded by shops and restaurants. Hotel restaurant was excellent as well.

Lovely hotel with nice staff and rooms in a perfect location for everything in Porto.
Pros:

Location is perfect. Room was nice. Lights are a bit complicated to control. Would be nice to be able to turn the bathroom light on without having to walk across the room. Staff were charming. The little things like a glass of port as a free offer with a cake was a very nice touch.

Cons:

We asked for a quiet room but there is lots of live music in the square that is very loud. A higher room or on the other side might have helped.

Great stay, lovely staff and very helpful with anything. Hotel has character and is very clean and nice breakfast.
