La ubicación es excelente, en pleno centro de Oporto, perfecta para visitar la ciudad andando. El hotel es bonito, acogedor y con mucho encanto. La habitación estaba limpia y cómoda, y el personal fue muy amable y atento. El desayuno también nos gustó mucho.
En general, nuestra experiencia fue muy buena.

Das Hotel liegt sehr zentral. Dadurch ist es natürlich auch am Abend sehr belebt. Man kann alle Sehenswürdigkeiten zu Fuß besichtigen.
Das Hotel bietet auch einen eigenen Transfer vom und zum Flughafen an , sehr komfortabel kostet aber 42€. Man erreicht den Flughafen auch problemlos mit der Metro.
Zu Beginn hatten wir fürchterlichen Gestank vom Kanal im Zimmer. Nach mehrmaligen Versuchen des Personals wurde es behoben. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und bemüht.
Als wir ein Taxi zum Flughafen buchen wollten, wurde uns sehr davon abgeraten, weil die Taxis extreme Preise hätten , der eigene Transfer wäre das Beste. Nach eigenen Recherchen kann ich dies nicht bestätigen.
Im Zimmer und vor allem im Badezimmer ist sehr wenig Licht. Es gibt keine Lichtschalter sondern ein eigenes Touch System.
So many good points to this hotel! Central location, helpful and friendly staff, room was spotless and bed was so comfortable. We loved all the little vintage touches to the decor such as the type writers and telephone which tied in with the history of the building. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
