They greet you with a glass of Porto and a pastel de nata. It was a very warm greeting and they did a very good. The rooms were spacious and had all everything you need.
The location was in a great area. Close to the train station and all of the river sites.
The breakfast could have had a little more variety but good enough to get your day started.

Vam haver de canviar d’habitació perquè hi havia una banyera, bastant alta, que era una barrera arquitectònica, sobretot per gent gran. El mobiliari era antiquat. Tampoc te un Hall on poder seure i/o descansar.
We loved the hotel and the location, as it had a great vibe. It's a very beautiful hotel and our room was perfect. We had a room that had a little balcony which we really liked. The front desk were always very helpful and the breakfast was really good too.
Super location . You can walk everywhere . Very lovely staff . I had a great room with balcony overlooking square . Surrounded by wonderful cafes , restaurants and artisan shops . 5 minute walk to river . And if you’re attending congress centre - it’s 10 minutes walking. Less than 5 minute walk to trans and public transportation .
Location, and atmosphere. The surrounding area was close to everything that you can walk to. It’s close to all the shops the St. Luis Bridge, timeout shopping, the cute little shops. Sao Bento train station, the Urban Market mall is like 20 ft away. Close to walking down to the water. The breakfast, cleanliness and cute store and elevators were all a plus for this hotel. The town square right out your window was so European.
