Muy buen hotel!
Pros:

La ubicación es perfecta y el personal muy atento y amable.

Cons:

Estábamos en una habitación que da a la calle y se sentía mucho el ruido para dormir, tenía la ducha en el pasillo separada del baño y perdía por el lateral, haciendo que haya agua en el pasillo de la habitación, el desayuno correcto

A great stay in a lovely hotel! Staff were very helpful and accommodating - very quick to resolve an issue we had with the room. Very comfortable beds and excellent breakfast

Not worth the noise
Pros:

Very comfortable room, tea and coffee making services, polite and helpful staff when it came to providing city attractions and restaurant recommendations.

Cons:

Buskers perform everyday just outside the hotel and will generally end at 10 pm. And even after 10 pm I could still hear diners outside talking. Location is the major downside.

Perfect location for our too brief stay in Porto.
Pros:

Perfect location for sightseeing. Within walking distance to the train station. The staff were helpful and friendly.

Cons:

Hard to find the entrance. It’s not in the front of the building but on the side. Not a big deal, but helpful if you know ahead of time!

Porto AS 1829 - hard to find but even harder to leave.
Pros:

It is very covrniently located in Porto. The staff we encountrred were all very helpful and friendly.
The rooms were well appointed, clean and comfortable.
Breakfast was excellent
Be aware that it is in the pefestrian area, so the taxis and Ubers cant drop you at the door - but it is only a short walk.

We only stayed two nights and wish we had planned on four.
Pros:

All staff were wonderful and Vincente from Chile went above and beyond to help us to understand the culture, find taxis, get extra towels and plan our days.
Amazing singers performed in the street right outside and promptly stopped at 22:00. No cars are allowed nearby so it was quiet and free of the smell of car exhaust. Bakeries and gelato stands were nearby.
The breakfast offered more than 50 different options!
