Beds were a bit stiff and pillow flat. Also, not a lot of room for shaving kit in the bathroom.

The room is very nice, the staff, the hospitality
It is very difficult not to have any lobby in the hotel. The main space by the reception if occupied with a gift shop. It would be great to have a place to relax a little while waiting for a friend or a taxi.
