Muito bom atendimento, funcionários prestativos, educados e eficientes
Quartos limpos e confortáveis
Café da manhã bom, nada muito elaborado mas absolutamente adequado

Cons:

De maneira circunstancial um dos andares estava em obras, causando um pouco de incômodo durante o dia apenas

Al llegar a la habitacion , nos sorprendimos que tenia un deck muy espacioso .. fue comoda la estadia, el baño era nuevo .

Localização excelente, basta sair do hotel e virar a esquina para uma entrada do metro. Realmente próxima, menos de 5 minutos a pé. Café da manhã de boa qualidade, variado. O ambiente do hotel é simples, mas bem limpo. No momento (jan 2026) está com andares em obra de remodelação. O quarto é simples mas com bom espaço. Cama de casal confortável. Tem elevador.

Cons:

Fiquei apenas uma noite. O banheiro (casa de banho) era novo e muito limpo. Apenas é muito pequeno. Para pessoas obesas, não deve ser cômodo, pois é realmente muito pequeno. Não sei como será em outros tipos de quarto.

This was one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

The room had visible mold on the walls, which is completely unacceptable and unsafe. On top of that, there was no hot water at all, and water was literally leaking and running down the walls.

When I complained at the reception, the staff member showed me another room — but there was still no hot water there either. I was then told to submit a refund request through Booking.com and was explicitly assured that the hotel would approve the refund.

I followed these instructions and submitted the request — only to have it rejected by the hotel.

So not only were the living conditions unacceptable, but I was also misled by the staff. Promising a refund and then refusing it afterward is dishonest and unprofessional.
