Pros:

Upgraded us to a junior suite without us asking. Breakfast in the attached restaurant was very good. Staff was responsive.

Cons:

Carpet in hallways was dreadful. Location was a little out away from train station. Town was basically closed down. TV was very limited.

Nice cozy room but uphill!!

Cons:

We had an incident of loss of cash/theft related to the dining room. The receptionist was helpful to persue the matter. However, due to the lack of time and evidence, we did not.

Very comfy beds
Pros:

The location is perfect and facilities are comfortable and very clean room. The staff are very friendly and gave us really useful recommendations. Thank you guys

Francissca and Ava was fabulous.

They made my stay comfortable by going beyond to help with concierge services and recommendations to meet my needs.

Hotel is about 14 - 16mins work from the train station.

Breakfast was awesome! The team were really helpful

Location was perfect

Cons:

The wall outlet in the room doesn't support US plugs.

The one in the bathroom tripped charging intermittently.

Good location, great breakfast but rooms (not bathrooms) felt dated.

Good location, friendly staff, lovely bathroom. Breakfast was great and staff very friendly.

Cons:

Carpets in room felt dated and maybe better as hard floor, throw on bed not great, bedding would have been better arranged/ironed. Not sure why all the fire doors were propped open?? Lift at L6 didn’t self close.
Maybe change music at breakfast so not on 5min loop!?

We paid top dollar for the room ( even allowing for St Moritz) and the room was pretty average

The Breakfast was good and the staff tried to accommodate any food requests. Our bathroom was well finished and ok size wise

Cons:

The pictures on booking.com of magnificent views out of big windows was completely false and as far as a balcony goes it was very tiny and the wooden furniture was old and falling apart (not safe to sit on) and you could not get past the table to get to the 2nd chair… The view from our balcony was of a pretty shitty laneway made worse by renovations next door. The doona cover and blanket were very dated. When we arrived we didn’t notice that there wasn't any bath towels and by the time we did reception had closed (luckily my clever wife always brings a spare when travelling) The unit came with utensils and a cook top - but no pans to cook anything with
