Pros:

Beautiful hotel excellent location flawless check in and check out Eva at the check out was brilliant she took care of everything very professionally and efficiently.. Bed was so comfortable and the bathroom was fantastic view was great extra cozy and comfortable very warm and fluffy plus only a few minutes away from train station overall very satisfied with my stay would definitely recommend it plus breakfast is a must.. Delicious breakfast.. All in all loved my stay here ❤️thank you everyone for making it so wonderful ❤️🙏

Unfortunately, our experience with services arranged through this hotel was very disappointing. We were sold a three-hour ski lesson for 350 CHF without being informed that other ski schools in the same area offer shorter private lessons at much lower prices.

The ski instructor provided through the hotel was extremely poor. There was almost no instruction or communication, and he mostly skied ahead while we followed. Both of us fell several times and learned virtually nothing. The following day, we took a lesson from another ski school and had an excellent experience, which clearly showed that the problem was not us, but the instructor.

What made the situation worse was the unprofessional handling of our feedback and the uncomfortable emphasis on our nationality by front desk staff. Overall, there was a lack of transparency, poor service quality, and no real effort to take responsibility.

Location was excellent in the centre of St Moritz. Room was adequte size-wise and the bed was comfortable. The staff, in particular Ava were exceptional.

Hugely disappointed. “Junior suite” is a small room with budget IKEA interior decor. Soviet style balconies with extremely low railings. Kids should be nowhere near.

Breakfast was a struggle with rude and inattentive staff. We had to argue with them to get a boiled egg 🥚.

Adding to that there is no AC in the rooms, no heating control in the rooms and the hot water runs out quickly. They lower the central heating at nights so the room is freezing 🥶 cold. 🥶

We were first promised a reimbursement but the manager hid from us, so the receptionist of 2 weeks employment was left alone to handle our complaints. No reimbursement was made.

We will not come back. 👎

Wer schlafen möchte, ist hier leider am falschen Platz.
Pros:

Die Lage ist perfekt mitten im Zentrum. das Zimmer ist ansprechend und sauber.

Cons:

Es war unglaublich laut und ich habe 3 Nächte so gut wie gar nicht geschlafen. Mein Zimmer lag in der 2. Etage.
Bis 00.00 Uhr war am Freitag und Samstag extrem laute Partymusik zu hören. Vermutlich aus dem Restaurant darunter. Danach bis 5 Uhr morgens laute Bässe aus dem Hemingway Club in der untersten Etage. Davor und danach ist aber auch nicht an Schlaf zu denken, weil das Hotel extrem hellhötig ist und man alle anderen Hotelgäste beim kommen und gehen hören kann.
