Nice hotel, close to the airport. Felt human more than corporate, unlike some other hotels in Aerocity. Several nice-looking eating choices.
We stayed 2 nights, 1 either side of a trip on Maharajahs Express.
The service from collection at the airport through a shopping expedition and delivery and collection for our train journey up to an early morning departure back to the airport was excellent.
The welcome, including recognition of my ALL diamond membership, was very hospitable.
Food at the Bar and at the Asian restaurant was consistently high quality.
Overall it was an extremely enjoyable experience.
Very convenient for the airport. Difficult to get an early check-in after an overnight flight but an understanding manager made the difference.
Nice outside space to enjoy the vegetable garden
One night only, but felt Like a vacation on business Trip. The Front Desk & Porter staff was welcoming and very friendly. Room was tidy and had everything one needs. Convenient location. Food was very good and staff amazing. Transfer organization also very fast and efficient.
Pullman Delhi is an extremely good hotel in Aerocity in Delhi, it’s near airport but at the same time most of the places in Delhi and Gurgaon are easily accessible. Rooms are of decent size, big bathroom etc. Multiple restaurants and good hospitality.
Special thanks to Ms. Hina from the buffet and the rest of the Pullman staff for creating a wonderful stay. They all carried out their service with great care and added to the warmth of the experience.
What a great place to stay the Pullman hotel is.
This was our third stay at the Pullman in New Delhi Aerocity. The first time we stayed was just under three years ago when there was an earthquake that evening close to Nepal. We felt the earthquake but felt very safe in the hotel. It has been built earthquake proof.
Every time we visit the Pullman is a true oasis during our India trips. The rooms are both very beautiful as well as very comfortable. The bathrooms are very luxurious and romantic. As far as i am awar they all have a standalone bathtub which you can sit in with 2 people and seperate large shower with a very large shower head coming from the ceiling. The floors are made of 'Dark Emperador' natural stone. As an interior and interior product designer i really appreciate the use of high quality materials. It makes the whole place feel solid and beautiful. The taps are from Grohe, an expensive brand from Europe which sets the industry standard for luxury taps. And so does the Pullman for the hospitality industry.
Our bed was super comfortable. All bedding was made of very high grade cotton and the room was very clean and beautifully presented.
The hotel and all other hotels are very close to the motorway. However we could hear no noise at all through the windows. I think all windows are triple glazed. The airconditioning was silent and we didn't feel any disturbing draught whilst laid in bed.
The laundry service was spot on, everything was neatly folded and very clean. It was presented back to us in a nice rectangular basket with a few scented flower petals.
The hotel smells nice everyrwhere without being overbearingly smelly. Live musicians were often playing instruments like the flute, violin and drupad.
The food offering was unreal. There are a few options including a buffet. The buffet had many dishes from all over the world. Vegetarian, non veg, gluten free, healthy options, you name it, it was all there. And of very high quality too.
All was fine.
Close to airport
We were thrilled to be welcomed to the Pullman with kindness, a clean room, and even complimentary snacks - especially appreciated after a couple days travel. Thank you to Nem Kumar and housekeeping staff for their excellent, extra-mile service!
Beyond my expectations. Amenities were premium and the bathroom and bed were my favorite. After a long flight it’s very relaxing.
Definitely staying in Aerocity, where there is direct metro line to New Delhi has its advantages.
Wish there would be more storage options in the room, as there is space.
Prices for food and drinks are comparable to west Europe, if not, even a bit higher than usual.
I recently stayed at Pullman and was very happy with the cleanliness of the room. From the lobby to the rooms, everything looked fresh, neat, The rooms were spotless, the bed linen was crisp, and the bathroom was shining clean.

The location is very optimal as it is close to WorldMark and mall and all the shopping sprawl. The moment you entering the premises the aroma is very soothing and fresh which creates a welcoming environment. Along with that the staff Mr Tushar,Mr Bilal,Akashdeep front of the house team and all the other servers are very helpful all times. The room is spick and span and its conformable. Overall all the staffs are very friendly.

This is a really beautiful property, located in the heart of Aerocity. Rooms and service are amazing. Breakfast was also really delicious. The washrooms were clean and with modern amenities. They recognize your gold accor status as well. The lounge is also very nice

Mr Nem Kumar looked after me with great care & respect. The room was done very well & the service was exceptional. The service was 7 star. I am very happy.
The Pullman Delhi gets many things right. First our suite was large, well designed and great to sleep and lounge in. Second the washroom was great. Third, the food at the all day dining restaurant was outstanding. Easily one of the best breakfasts spreads in the city. However, where it lost most of its brownie points was the service. It was business-like and impersonal, and more akin to a Novotel. However, to their credit, after raising the issue the Management did take it up with a kind gesture of service recovery.
