We arrived at 11AM and got the early checkin (there was a situation which is mentioned in dislike section but it was taken care). Room size was good with all facilities and location of the hotel is great! Breakfast was not opted due to early checkout.
We got the room early as we arrieved at 11AM but later at checkout my invoice had 3000 additional charges for the early checkin. For which we were never told at the time of checkin. I had to inform them the same and after a disucssion with couple of staff members, the charges were reversed. This is my 2nd Stay at the same hotel in last 1 month but I never expected this situation will arrive this time when I am not even staying for 18 hours at the hotel. Overall I would say the staff later accepted the mistake and fixed the problem.
Nothing to complain about.
Breakfast was good. Needs some improvement in quality of fresh juices and local delicacies.
Public area and carpet needs urgent replacement.

I have stayed at many many hotels in many countries but rarely have I come across a hotel where the Nem Kumar and nagendra without exception are so friendly and helpful. The standard of room cleanliness is also excellent and worth a mention.
I would like to commend Raju from laundry for his professionalism and personalized service. He knows that I seek assistance in sewing the side part of my blouse and came back informing me that it was done. I also asked if he can get me some creamer and he personally hand it over to me rather than asking room service to do it. He is very pleasant, warm and willing to assist.
I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was such a great decision I have ever made shivani from front office did a great job to make it special thanks again

I was staying in Pullman delhi aerocity I just wantvto my experience room was very comfortable and cozy house keeping team has running a geart job in maintaining hygeine and cleanesess throughout my stay i really appreciate housekeeping team of Pullman delhi aerocity!!!!
The washrooms were good.
The tv had some disclaimer appearing every 10-15 mins. It was related to some region. The foot rest allng with couch was broken. They did not have all brands of cigarettes available in bar.
