I have stayed at many many hotels in many countries but rarely have I come across a hotel where the Nem Kumar and nagendra without exception are so friendly and helpful. The standard of room cleanliness is also excellent and worth a mention.
I would like to commend Raju from laundry for his professionalism and personalized service. He knows that I seek assistance in sewing the side part of my blouse and came back informing me that it was done. I also asked if he can get me some creamer and he personally hand it over to me rather than asking room service to do it. He is very pleasant, warm and willing to assist.
I came here to celebrate my birthday and it was such a great decision I have ever made shivani from front office did a great job to make it special thanks again

I was staying in Pullman delhi aerocity I just wantvto my experience room was very comfortable and cozy house keeping team has running a geart job in maintaining hygeine and cleanesess throughout my stay i really appreciate housekeeping team of Pullman delhi aerocity!!!!
The washrooms were good.
The tv had some disclaimer appearing every 10-15 mins. It was related to some region. The foot rest allng with couch was broken. They did not have all brands of cigarettes available in bar.

I was disappointed with the service I received. I had arranged transportation to take me to my hotel in Agra and back, and we agreed on a fixed price in advance. However, at the moment of departure, I was told that I needed to pay more. In the end, I paid an additional $80.
Secondly, while I was arguing about this unexpected price change, valuable time was lost, and I was unable to arrive in Agra at sunrise as planned. My main goal was to see the Taj Mahal at sunrise, and because of this delay, I missed that opportunity.
Overall, this experience was very disappointing.

staff very unffiendly
We have been staying in this hotel since it was built many years ago. It is our second home when we are in Delhi. All the facilities are good and the staff is very friendly. We would like to recognize the FOM Gaurav Mehta and his team including Karan & Jai for their excellent hospitality at the front office. Manish at Food Exchange and Nem Kumar at the House Keeping with their respective teams have been providing great services whenever we are in the hotel.
