Excellent location a short walk from the pier. Staff is friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and they even included a small gift. Definitely will stay here if I return.

Great hotel to use as your base while exploring Galapagos, and a lovely pool, hot tub and bar to come home to at the end of the day

Lovely property in an excellent location right off the main pier. Nice pool and hot tub area with clean well air conditioned rooms. They use Elon Musks Starlink so the Wifi is great! Enjoyed omelettes, fruit, toast etc for breakfast and drinks at the bar. I recommend this hotel and would stay here again.

Really made to feel welcome by the staff here. Very helpful and friendly. Comfortable bedroom overlooking the pool and near bar for food and drinks.

Me fue muy bien en el hotel. Está bien ubicado, el personal es muy amable y eficiente en todas sus dependencias. Te proporcionan agua potable todos los días, está muy bien mantenido y aseado. El servicio incluido de préstamo de bicicletas para los huéspedes es muy funcional y útil. He quedado muy agradecido por sus atenciones en recepción, comedor, bar, piscina, camareras, servicios generales . Lo recomiendo .

Hotel Ninfa is a really nice and fresh hotel with great location, near the main square. Great breakfast with many options, very clean, friendly staff, nice area to hang around near the pool.

My colleagues and I stayed at Hotel Ninfa for 2 weeks for a training that we were hosting. The hotel staff were super helpful in assisting us in every way. Myra and Sara in the restaurant were so kind and attentive and we really felt looked after whilst we were there. It is super central and is a short walk into town. We would definitely recommend Hotel Ninfa to travellers visiting Puerto Ayora.

I liked the location of the hotel, walking distance to the piers and supermarket. Safe area.

The Ninfa in Puerto Ayora is an okay place to stay. The rooms are very simple and a bit dirty, with many bugs. The breakfast was not very good, and the service was not very friendly. The location is quite good because it’s close to the harbor. However, there are better alternatives in the area. Overall, it’s not the best choice, but it can be fine if you don’t expect too much.

No wifi in room, only cold water, breakfast not much to choose, noise from the street at night. Overall not worth the money I spent

The location is the best, the staff is ok but room had not vent in the bathroom which is unacceptable, the AC did not work well, the breakfast buffet did not have coffee, just colored water with not flavor at all. I booked the hotel online and I wasn't advise that next to my room there will be construction work the hotel told me at check in🙄
