It’s a very comfortable stay, would stay again.
Pros:

It was very central and that was very helpful for the purpose of my stay.

Cons:

I wish the TVs would be updated, the Apple TV advertised were a bit misguided. There needed to be a proper log-in service/account.

Great Stay
Pros:

Wonderful and spacious apartment near Rittenhouse Square. Clean and comfortable accommodations. In room coffee was better than expected. Only downside was we wanted to buy beer to bring back to the room and couldn’t find a store that sold alcohol nearby. Compared to similar places nearby this was an exceptional property and a great value.

My apartment like room was like home.

Cons:

I rated comfort low not because of the hotel but because of my foot condition. I can walk only a limited amount so I see that I can't stay in any hotel because of long hallways. Also the room had a long hallway.

Great location a little cold as far as comfort
Pros:

The location was perfect! The bedroom was great but the living area was sparse and underwhelming - would have liked a bit more in the way of decors. And the the oven was complicated. All and all comfortable great location but not perfect

Did not receive breakfast so can’t speak to that. Apartment was spacious and comfortable and was close to the restaurant we came for.

Cons:

Parking partner was quite far away to walk back and forth to. Heating system was inoperable and we could never get the heat above 67.8 which was quite sad as it was one of the coldest days of the winter with snow and sleet.

Sehr Komfortabes Zimmer in zentrale Lage mit unglaublich freundliches und hilfsbereites Personell
Pros:

schone Räumlichkeiten und Einrichtung, komfortabeles Bett, sehr nettes Personell.

Cons:

Die Lage ist im Zentrum und war am Wochenende gab es relativ viel Lärm von draussen. Der Airco im Zimmer selbst war auch relativ laut, vor allem in Badezimmer. Fur leichte Schläfer ist das vielleicht störend.

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

It was a very pretty hotel. Quiet and accommodating and had a lot of stuff near by.

Cons:

For starters I didn’t get my security deposit back. Which I’m still confused as to why I got charged $250 security deposit and the person in front of me only got charged $50. On top of that we had no hot water in our room. Which I was promised a partial refund. But still haven’t received that either. I won’t be staying here again. And it’s sad cause it was a very nice hotel and was very pretty….

This is a very good location next to road street, not far from Kimmel Center. . The staff is very friendly. Apartment is well-equipped and comfortable. The stay is quiet.

Mid in Midtown
Pros:

Great location

Cons:

Couldn’t t contact the staff before arrival.
Huge transom between the living/kitchen area and the bedroom so privacy was tough for two people on different sleep patterns. Overall the property was tired. Staff was friendly and need was comfortable
