Fantastic spacious and clean apartment
Pros:

All the front desk staff were exceptional. Professional checkin, helpful local recommendations and interested in their guests. Spacious apartment with great appliances. Spotlessly clean. Great location and relatively quiet.

Cons:

My personal niggle that no windows open for fresh air, but aircon is very effective.

Not much, the guy at check in was pleasant and helpful with us.

Cons:

There was no breakfast its sort of a unit/hotel more like an airbnb. The A/C was useless it wouldn't get cold enough for us to sleep and would be a hotbox in summer. There is no blackout blinds and the room has no celling so you hear noises from the kitchen its weird. The area was also dicey with lots of drug affected homeless people just laying in the street ! No one seemed to give AF and just stepped over them they also had the bent over fenty people hiding in multistorey carparks we didnt feel safe outside at all.

A nice quiet centrally located historic hotel.
Pros:

Centrally located to ensure a wonderful walking tour of the old city, center city, restaurants. Nice spacious room. Quiet. Great water pressure on the shower. Nice historic feel to the hotel.

Friendly staff and great location and total comfort!
Pros:

The staff were really nice and welcoming. The studio had everything we needed and was very comfortable. Having the water filter refill station was a real plus, didn’t need to buy water bottles. The location is great, very close to a lot within walking distance. We had event at Curtis and was really close. Nice place and will definitely stay here again.

Fantastic location right in the middle of town with featuring a, bars, shops and sites all within walking distance. A lovely historic building. Really comfy beds are a bonus.

It’s a very comfortable stay, would stay again.
Pros:

It was very central and that was very helpful for the purpose of my stay.

Cons:

I wish the TVs would be updated, the Apple TV advertised were a bit misguided. There needed to be a proper log-in service/account.

Great Stay
Pros:

Wonderful and spacious apartment near Rittenhouse Square. Clean and comfortable accommodations. In room coffee was better than expected. Only downside was we wanted to buy beer to bring back to the room and couldn’t find a store that sold alcohol nearby. Compared to similar places nearby this was an exceptional property and a great value.
