Best Western Shelbyville Inn and Suites Celebration Inn

Great location for us at the horse show. The place has been remodeled and it was nice. Breakfast room was fine but there was not variations each day. I did not care for the protein portion of the meal but everyone else was happy with me.
Nice and clean, great service, and friendly atmosphere!

Shower left something to be desired dirty wouldn’t drain, but the room was nice clean and updated!

The staff was extremely rude, the rooms were disgusting, the rooms were in need of an update. The shades had gross stains. It smelt musty.

Room was very clean and the breakfast was good.

Customer service was good. Bed was comfortable. Only 3 sets of everything in a room for 4. Not a big deal, but seems like it’s an easy fix. There was dried boogers on the wall, paint ripped from the wall, and missed food trash on the floor from before. Cleaning could’ve been more of a priority.

We enjoyed a very good stay. The rooms are spacious, breakfast good, staff is professional & nice, and the WiFi was on point.

The bath tub needs to be repaired.

Well the staff was ok,the rooms were actually not bad but ours smelled lije cat urine, and musty , older hotel nice pool though we really did not want another room we left was told we would get a refund.it is a foreigner owned hotel . For us not a good place but in this town if ya want a pool and a place to sleep i am sure other rooms are ok

The stay was great really dont have anything bad about the place to say as everyone was kind and the rest of the place was great looking including the pool area was clean . It was just our room we had problems with but I'm sure they probably would of changed us rooms if I would of asked them too. but we was to tired to switch rooms after driving 12hours to get there and had already brought all our stuff in the room . So I didn't ask for another room .. the toilet was broke but my husband fixed it a couple times . The ac wasnt cold so it was hot in there . We did have blood on the sheets but they did apologize for it and gave me new one's.. the bed was very hard wasn't comfortable... but besides all that it was a amazing stay and ejoyed our time there. We will definitely book again but will ask for a better room next time ...

Really good breakfast

I enjoyed my stay. The room was clean. Slept well. Overall it was as well as it could’ve been especially since my health is bad. I’m glad I got to watch my daughter compete in ALL AMERICAN YOUTH BARREL RACING!
