Pros:

Staff was very friendly and the free breakfast was delicious!

Cons:

The jacuzzi tub was smaller than expected and the free shampoo, conditioner and baby wash bottles in the shower were empty. The outside pool was green and not cleaned in a very long time. It was not usable.

A Great and Memorable Hotel Stay

Our experience at this property was exceptional in ALL aspects. No complaints whatsoever! It was quiet, clean, well furnished, comfortable, all TV channels available, fridge, microwave, convenient power outlets and USB ports, hair dryer, ironing board and iron, coffee maker and more. Friendly and helpful staff, but one of the most impressive benefits, other than reasonable cost, was the exceptional included breakfast! Mary provided a variety and quality of choices such as we have never seen before! Kudos to all.

The room was clean and stocked.

Cons:

Upon checking in, I was told I would be charged a $25 holding fee and it would be returned to my credit card. Ok, thats fine but this should be stated when making reservations. My problem is with housekeeping. Why ask what time your customs will be checking out, when housekeeping comes around three hours before checkout knocking and opening doors they know customers are in? This makes no sense and is absolutely
unnecessary. Thank goodness I had my latch on the door. And no I should not have to put the privacy sign on the door nob. They have a list of which rooms are occupied so why come and bother someone hours before checkout.

Never going back to ANY BEST WESTERN
Pros:

The water was hot

Cons:

Customer service sucks. We went swimming. I asked for more towels and staff asked me to swap the used towels in order to get clean ones. Also, I noticed on SUNDAY that I had been Charged 3 times. I spoke with staff about the charge. And nothing happened. Now it’s 6/5/25 I’ve been charged twice $146.80. I called yesterday and was given a bullshit explanation. This is a huge inconvenience.
