Fairly clean and up to date. Decent breakfast, easy parking.
Terribly noisy. We were in a room facing the highway and trucks were coming and going into the large truck stop that was immediately behind us all night long. Plus our room had a very noisy heat/ac unit. I finally shut it off completely. Count get any sleep.
Location, no carpet in rooms, door direct to outside made taking the dog outside much easier. Pet fee was much less than other places (only $20)
Broken glass in parking lot and entry right outside our door. It was cleaned up promptly when I called but not sufficiently.. I still had to pick up pieces by hand so our dog didn't cut her feet. The pillows were terrible. 12x12, flat and uncomfortable. Front desk clerk did not explain that we needed to access our room from the inside the first time so the key didn't work. I had to return to the desk and then was told to use the inside door. This may seem minor but after 15 hours in the car it was frustrating. Grout in shower was dark and dirty. I opted to skip the shower.

Beds were comfortable and room was clean. Able to park right by the room. It's a motel and hotel style. There was a door to the parking lot and also a door that led to the hallway. Hot breakfast was good - biscuits and gravy, eggs and sausage, yogurt. Good coffee. Staff were nice
It was loud. It's located right off the freeway, which isn't a huge deal but also the doors from other guests across the hallway slam really loud, to the point that it woke me up a couple times. And the hallway reeks of weed.

Location was not nice. Loud noises from nearby trucks. More for truckers to sleep than others.

This was our last stop from a month long trip. We weren't looking for a fancy hotel. Just the basics and this delivered!

Nothing really
The hotel was clean and the beds were comfortable. Really, really good breakfast. Staff were friendly. We weren't expecting 5-star accommodations, but it was definitely good for a one night stay. We have stayed here before and will do so again.
The only downside to this Baymont is that it is located right next to the highway. And I do mean right next to it. So the traffic noise is quite loud for those that might be light sleepers.

The breakfast was good
The heat had to be turned way up on the thermostat before it would start sending warm air into the room. Otherwise it was blowing cold air. When we turned on the TV, it would not connect to the service, the person at the desk had to come in and reconnect. If turned off then back on later, the same issue happened. We just didn’t watch the morning news. The worst part of the stay was the racket outside a few rooms down where a group of men were yelling and shouting with each other outside until at least 11:30 at night. Finally I heard the desk attendant come out and yell at them. But not until late. The hotel is very close to the highway so we did hear traffic, however the bigger irritation came from the group outside the rooms.
