Pleasant
Pros:

The location was perfect, close to shopping, diner and a pub on site, there was a shuttle.

Cons:

The mattress was not to comfortable but it worked.

A good place to stay

Pros:

It was quiet. No parties, no hollering, it was a great weekend. Compared to the other hotels.. this is by far the best stay i have had (i was here last weekend too) both were the best

Its location it’s close to the airport and Ferry. A bar and restaurant is nice too.

Cons:

I called twice to confirm a shuttle service with our dog, and they forgot to tell me that our dog has to be in a kennel. We dropped off the kennel at aero services, next to the airport so we wouldn’t have to carry our large kennel to the ferry to get to the other side. Luckily it was only a 15 minute walk. Ugh

Pleasant staff committed to hotel patrons.
Pros:

Property was convenient to ferry where I arrived and close to medical facility I needed to visit during trip. Staff is amazing from desk to restaurant staff and shuttle staff.

I stay here every time I come to Ketchikan. They take good care of you.
Pros:

Wonderful breakfast and friendly wait staff.

Cons:

There are stairs leading to check in counter and you have to lug up your luggage.

Will definitely stay again when in Ketchikan, clean, helpful and friendly staff.
Pros:

Arrived early on ferry and was able to store my luggage while I attended appointments since too early for check-in. Staff at front desk was very helpful during the whole stay. Was nice having restaurant on premises and employees at restaurant were top notch.

Hotel staff needs more customer service training.
Pros:

Checking in was slow. Checking out was undesirable. Guy behind the desk was rude & was noticeably inconvenienced when asked for shuttle ride to ferry terminal when we had luggage & it was pouring rain, not to mention a recent medical procedure.

Pros:

Had to request maid service for towels and garbage removal. Smoking spot is right next to stairwell and windows so stench comes inside the hotel

Close to ferry but 20 minute walk to town. Courtesy shuttle was great about picking us up. Would have helped to know about local bus and shuttle.
