The receptionist that greeted on phone and at desk was not welcoming at all. She was a little rude
The hotel was very clean and comfortable. It looks like it has been recently renovated, so everything felt fresh and well maintained. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay.
No major issues during my stay. Overall experience was good.
The room was so well set up. I was here for a family event and was able to continue to do my work in a quite room A++
The bed was very comfortable. The shower had the right amount of pressure.

I absolutely loved the sitting areas out side the room so that I could enjoy the courtyard and the water feature in the center of the hotel. Very warm and welcoming. So much so I took pictures of the courtyard and suggested my Uncle stay when he came to the area a mere 4 days later.
The room was clean and Bed was comfortable and close to the memorial services we were attending. The front Desk staff was polite and considerate of all our needs.
The sink in the kitchenette the cold water did not work, Bathroom toilet tank was leaking, Closet door in bedroom were not on the tracks correctly hard to open and close felt like they were going to fall off track. Refrigerator was rocking back and fourth when we opened the door. We reported these things to the front desk upon our departure.

We had a lakeview king suite and it was perfect. Plenty of room and the bed was comfortable.
Through no fault of the hotel, there was a man outside yelling in the morning hours on one of the days we were there.
Ease of checking in and close parking right outside our room. Also - onsite breakfast
Size of actual bedroom, and teeny bathroom. Have to stand in the toilet to open and close the door. Also the door stuck out into the bedroom and worried that I might hit it when getting up in the middle of the night.

Water wasnt hot enough
It’s a pretty tired BW. Chunks falling out of the ceiling from water leaking. The vent in our room was black and scary. Dirt? Rust? Black mold? Couldn’t tell.

The room was clean, and we ate both lunch and dinner there. The burger was delicious but the Mexican food, tacos, quesadilla, and nachos were excellent.
It seemed the staff were not very happy. The lounge staffer was not friendly at all. As an older adult, I’m used to good helpful customer service. No eye contact or I don’t appreciate a simple “no.” When asking a question.
My husband and I are back next week, we will see if things are better.
