Left day early could not handle people hanging around outside
Pros:

Nothing except close to great restaurant and hockey rink

Cons:

Staff tried, but tv cable did not work. Hotel is dirty in halls garbage in hallway for 2 days checked out a day early and have not got my refund yet. No towels changed took old towels had to ask for new ones. Cigarette butter everywhere. Outside door lock did not work

Room pictures are very misleading,they look nothing like the picture. The hallways were filled with trash on the ground everywhere. The bed sheets had stains and hair all over. Would not suggest to anyone.

This was supposed to be a nice stay cation in our own city for NYE. This terrible experience was not worth $189. Good th

There was nothing good about this stay. We left the property since we didn’t feel comfortable sleeping there.

Cons:

- the room was not as advertised
- the jacuzzi in room had black duct tape inside of it covering one jet
- the pool advertised was “under maintenance”
- homeless people wandering the building
- cigarette burns on the toilet seats
- no remote for the TV
- no towels of any kind in the room
- the phone had no power to it when we tried to phone to complain
- when we walked to front desk to complain, no one was there. We phoned the front as we were at the front, no one answered or showed. We had to walk the halls and find him
- when we asked for a discount, none available and a manager in tomorrow
- when I called back next day to ask to set my charger aside for me (I knew exactly where I forgot it in room) they said it wasn’t found in the room

It was disgusting. Puke in the halls, smelled horrid, brown sludge in toilets, no elevator, pool not open as advertised. Nastiest hotel I’ve ever set foot in.
