Dirty rooms
Pros:

Cons:

Pool was closed, bed was unmade and had dirty sheets upon arrival, walls full of fingerprints, room had a funky smell. I will never stay at best western hotels ever again

If your cool with the bare minimum
Pros:

Room was very dirty, floors literally have never been washed don’t take your shoes off lol. bathroom was gross, last persons socks were still under the sink(see attached photo). Microwave had food in it. Shower had black mold in the corners and grime all over & the floor was bowed. Sheets were stained. reserved a room for 3 people and got two towels for a 3 day stay? I booked this hotel for the pool specifically and the pool had no water in it, in the middle of the summer with no warning to it being closed until arrival. Stairways and walkways full of trash and just gross. If they didn’t take my money before I could even open my eyes the day of my check in I wouldn’t have stayed here. At least there wasnt bed bugs.

Toothpaste splash on bathroom wall behind faucet, wet stained ceiling tiles, smelled like smoke, only 1/2 roll of toilet paper and no additional and we had 3 people in the room we brought in some we had in car. Pool was out of service

Won’t stay here again.
Pros:

The pictures online do not depict the actual property. There were no pictures showing this is external entrance, even the manager at the desk admitted this.

Cons:

The room wasn’t as clean as I would like.

Worst hotel motel stay ever very disappointing

We had to move to theee different rooms 1st room air conditioner didn’t work dirty floor nacho fry in drawer pee in toilet found bingo on floor by bed 2nd rooms had to split rooms one bed each one bed had no bed sheets on them when moved to 3rd room tv remote didn’t work even after replaced batteries. Breakfast on 1st morning no cereal bowls by cereal no French toast til after ate what was available. Stairs going down to lower floors two steps broke

Used to be a good place to stay, but this time tind of soured it...
Pros:

Was going to a local event in town and have stayed at this hotel a good amount of times... but... After checking in, we noticed there was hardly any toilet paper in the bathroom, not even a half of role was left. I called the front desk and asked if they had some up there. They did and I went up to get it. Later on that first night, went to take a shower, only to find NO bath towels in the bathroom. Used a hand towel to dry off. Called the front desk again to see if we could get a few bath towels. I was told they had to be put in the dryer and would be about 20 minutes. 30 minutes later my partner went up to the desk to see about the towels and was told it would be another 15 to 20 min. 20 minutes later we had a knock on our door and they got delivered. While watching tv, we heard noise coming from the drop ceiling tiles. Apparently there were mice running over them. Happened a few times each night.

Another friend who was staying a few rooms down from us, also going to the event in town found a partially filled coffee cup in their room. Apparently one of the cleaning staff misplaced her coffee and couldn't find it and left for the day?

I usually stay at this hotel and have never had issues like these. I don't know if they had gone under new management since I stayed last year, but it was disappointing. Apparently the refrigerator didn't have that small freezer portion as the usually do. It worked and kept stuff cold, but a bit too cold. We had mostly frozen slushed milk and almost everything was frozen solid after the 3 night we stayed. I guess I would rather it frozen and thaw or microwave it than have it spoiled instead. I can work with frozen...

It's still a decent place to stay if overnight, but this time may have soured my want to stay here again.

Okay for a night or two
Pros:

Location was a good proximity to the town and attractions. The manager was very nice when we checked in.

Cons:

The bathroom was extremely dirty. You could tell the floors had t been mopped because our feet were almost black from the accumulated dirt.

Pros:

The staff were friendly and beds were comfortable.
The room and property needed cleaning.
The room in particular had filthy floors, a broken shower door that would not stay closed. The closet door had a broken magnet hanging from frame which would not close. The refrigerator was not cleaned out. The bathroom walls had splatter on them and lots of crust around the edges.
The pool even though advertised, was not available for use. The breakfast was not worth writing home about.
Only stay if it’s your last option.

I checked out as soon as i inspected the room
Pros:

Front desk folks very nice.

Cons:

The room was beyond filthy dirty I was terrified to stay for fear of using the shower or bed for obvious sanitary reasons. The shower doors had soap scum stains, headboard cracked dirty, free stand lamp next to chair broken. I could go on - asked for refund and checked out.
