I was very regretful I booked it. I was uncomfortable with my kids & I sleeping in the beds.
Pros:

I didn’t like it at all.

Cons:

It was dirty & smelled bad. There were spider webs, sticky traps in the closet.

Cons:

The pool being closed, the main door into the room had a draft. Washer and dryer were on the high side to use. One of the rooms was still dirty. One room didn't have a microwave.

The place was so dirty I requested a refund at check in. Half the lights didn’t work, the shower was dirty. I should’ve known when I saw someone requesting a refund ahead of me

Our stay was ok just ok it served its purpose we were there for only 2 nights

Cons:

Had to change rooms 2 times could have been a 3rd time but I just settled and stayed in the third room. 1st room the microwave was broken & felt the springs in the bed, 2nd room only 1 tv channel was working. 3rd room same as the 2nd but the bed was soft and the room was clean and cold so we just decided to stay . Also the pool area was closed the entire stay.

Would like some kind of discount or free night for inconvenience on one of the main reasons i stayed at best western.
Pros:

I like the area it's at and the over all scene of the property

Cons:

I put money in washers after i was told they had washers and dryers for clothes if needed, which that's one of the main reasons i chose best western and nothing worked and i didn't realize till after i put money in machines and all the products to wash!

Quiet and comfortable
Pros:

The room was nice. It was quiet.

Cons:

We booked the hotel because they advertised it online. When we arrived they informed us they did not have a pool for over a year. Pretty much defeated the purpose of the stay.

I wanted to do two nights and had a night on to the one night that I had but it said the room wasn’t available then morn

Cons:

The pool was not in operation it was one of the main reasons we were staying there looked very nice in the photos was not anything like the photos at all had people looking in my windows that were part of the staff hanging out to see if we were out of the room I think I had to shut the blind before they left from looking in the window while I was standing right in front of it an hour and a half before checkout let's see that I mentioned they never advertise the pool being shut down and was very dirty
