Cons:

Said that my booking was canceled which it was not and then reported it as a no-show. We had to rebook through the property and we’re not able to get the rooms that we wanted.. another party of our group had booked through them and they said that reservation had been canceled to when it had not been

Cons:

My room smell was musty. The carpet in my room was soaked and they would not change my room. It asked for a refund or a discount which was also denied. My clothes and rugs I bought are stained from the wet carpet in my room for the hotel. I would not book with this hotel anymore.

Change name to Worst western.
Pros:

The only thing I liked was they were able to get us in at 1.

Cons:

The air conditioning smells of mold and is not capable of keeping room cool. It was almost 80 degrees in the room by the time I fell asleep.
We had to use towels around door because the weatherstripping is gone and spiders and bugs were just crawling in.
They were redoing the parking lot and I ended up with a 1/2 inch of dirt and debris on my truck from them blowing dirt off pavement.
The hotel inside reminds you of the shining. Very much stuck in the 70’s.
The rooms on the outside are obviously used for long term stays. There was people smoking and talking all night outside my door. Cigarette butts everywhere. I wouldn’t stay there again for free.

Such a delightful surprise
Pros:

I was nervous because the outside looked rough but we had the best time! Such great staff!! Loved the pool, the breakfast and the vending area! Will be back!

Cons:

Maybe better natresses? Foam ones from Amazon are so cheap and easily delivered!!

OUR FAMILY STAY WAS HORRIFIC WE WERE GIVEN A KEY TO OUR ROOM AND WE WENT TO THE ROOM AND SOMEONE WAS ALREADY STAYING IN THAT ROOM SO I WALKED IN ON SOMEONE. THEN WE WERE GIVEN ANOTHER ROOM AND THE KEY DIDNT WORK AFTER THE SIXTH TIME IT FINALLY WORKED. BUT THE ROOM WAS GROSS AND DIRTY. HAD TO THROW AWAY THE TOWELS BECAUSE OF YELLOW STAINS ALL OVER THEM. PUBIC HAIR ALL OVER BATHROOM. BEDS HAD STAINS ON THEM. ALSO TONS OF MEN HANGING OUT IN STAIR WELL AND PARKING LIT DRINKING AND SMOKING DRUGS. I REPORT TO FRONT DESK AND THEY DIDNT CARE. POOL FOR THE KIDS HAD FECES IN IT. NEVER AGAIN WILL WE BE STAYING AT ANY OTHER LOCATIONS.
