Dirty and smells bad
Easy access to restaurant.
Circumstances made this stay unavailable…..I did not stay……electrical outage, unannounced!!
Great,nice and clean..
I was up set to find out when I arrived that it was going to be a black out from 12- 6am that Sunday morning… room floor was kind of slippery and the pillow case smell like mildew.. maybe room sweat or something ? But get that checked out…

Best staff ever.So friendly and smart.
The guy (Brock) that worked the front was rude and charged us a extra 100 for “having a party” (We were in town and had family come to the hotel to visit) but when we were told to get out the pool, we did but was still charged and was unaware of not being able to invite anyone but let people stay in the back
By the smoker and Grill and be as loud as they wanted .But the other two women were excellent.
We will not stay at a Best Western again.

It was easily accessible.
Breakfast service was adequate. Room has hard floors which makes it easier for disability travel. Entrance to room 104 has been improved, finally after some years of complaining about it!
Disability access to lobby is to one side and for someone like me that can still navigate a little on foot it is hard to get into the front doors wihout going a long way. Ramp needs to be into driveway, not the parking lot, at the front entrance.
