The room was nice and clean. Awesome shower.
Pool was out of service. 40 degree weather and a long drive to get there made this very disappointing.

Beautiful lobby and very welcoming pool area.
This was not the hotel, rather the other guests. The doors face outside. It was myself and my 13 year old daughter. There was a large party until midnight outside of our room. We were very uneasy even though the police department was across the street.

Expedia and Best Western blamed each other for a date on the reservation mess up and would not fix it. So I paid over double for a room. Will not use either again.
The bed was very comfortable. The shower was gewat. The room was clean and beautiful furnishings.
I asked for a ground room and hor an upstairs room. There was no microwave. Their was ice available near my room, two ice machines were inoperable. TV stations were very limited.

Way below standards. Coffee machine had no coffee or chocolate drinks no coffee in lobby, no milk, juices all watered down they needed more help
Everything About breakfast employees were friendly just not enough of them to do the job great peaceful stay other than the breakfast experience

Die Lobby war nicht schlecht. Personal war sehr bemüht. Leider zu wenig Personal. kostenloser Parkplatz.
Leider ist das Hotel stark in die Jahre gekommen. Zimmer Klimaanlage. Zu laut staubig muffiger Geruch. Frühstück nicht genießbar.. Crash Eismaschine defekt. Duscharmatur viel fast auseinander.. Unser Gefühl war, das Personal war bemüht, leider eine unserer schlechtesten Unterkünfte bisher auf dem Weg.
The staff were super nice and the rooms were clean!
We got a suite with a kitchen and oven. My only complaint is when we turned the oven on it immediately filled our room with smoke so we didnt get to use it.
The property is nice
The swimming pool need better clean in the back deeper and they need do better breakfast. It wasn’t enough of breakfasts, we decided went out to grab breakfast.
The room was too small for us. We're on a long road trip with lots of baggage.

The hotel was very dated and the wall in the bathroom was broken at the corner and had a big hole. Breakfast was awful. Sausage was cold. No eggs. It looked like it hadn't been replenished since it was first put out.
