Exterior Room Entrances
Pros:

We've stayed here multiple times over the years. Always some issue/issues to deal with. It is a older hotel and everything that comes with an old facility. They finally replaced all the broken and worn out key card locks so now they work.
Beds are ok but the sitting chairs & desk chairs need replaced.
Breakfast is your typical hotel breakfast items, some aren't very good.
The main reason we keep staying here is that there are rooms available with exterior entrances so we can load & unload our gear directly to our rooms.

Pros:

Wonderful hotel and staff. Its clean and breakfast was good and different everyday. Will definitely be staying every time we go to Sterling

Great hotel! Would stay again!
Pros:

Bed was comfortable, bathroom was clean and tidy. Best sleep I have had in a hotel in a long time. Love the patio door that was in our room! Will definitely stay again! Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was the usual.

Pros:

The bed was very comfortable, the hotel was easy to find, the staff was friendly and helpful, and the breakfast had a good selection

Cons:

The shower was a little difficult to turn off as the mechanism wasn’t the standard pull tab to change the water flow and knob situation. Even though I turned everything to as off as I could get it, water was still dribbling from the faucet. Eventually we got it all the way off but it it took a while to figure it out. Turning it on was very easy, it was only getting it to turn off that was difficult

Definitely a winner
Pros:

Great facilities with an excellent staff. Breakfast had a good variety of items and the waffles were a big hit! Wish we had been able to stay longer.
