The man who was working when we checked in was very nice. The room had a bedroom which was great since we were traveling with kids. Beds were decently comfy.
The creepy man in the parking lot who glared at us while we un packed our car... the room smelled gross, door didnt close unless slammed hard. The ac unit were so loud amd they rumbled the walls and floors. Holy cow a little bit of draino goes a long way. The 1 sink was soooo slow to empty it was gross!!!
Quiet and comfortable night of sleep. Breakfast was good with options beyond cereal and muffins, including sausage and eggs.

This is a new-ish or refurbished motel which is just fine for a short stay. The staff on reception were welcoming and friendly. Our rooms were a little small but were clean and well-maintained. We didn't use it during our stay, but outside there is a small pool which also looked very clean and well-maintained. Self-serve breakfast offered a fairly standard selection of cereals, breads, hot options etc.
The motel doesn't have a restaurant which normally would be no big deal but good dining options are pretty thin on the ground in Beaver so I'd probably recommend picking up something to eat in your room long before you reach Beaver city limits.

Beds weren’t comfortable. Bathroom wasn’t clean. Carpet was shredded. Door was hard to close. Balding was terribly uncomfortable. The AC had a bad smell.

Charging $25 for one pet is insane. We won't be back because of that. The place we stayed the next night had no pet fee.
Had a problem with the TV. called the front desk and the attendant came to my room. Figured the problem & was able to fix it.
The flap on the toilet wouldn’t seal, so it was constantly filling throughout the night. The door to the shower was difficult to open.

There was no parking so we had to unload our truck on the street with our kids. The pictures are very deceptive. It wasn’t as nice as it is portrayed on the outside.
I stayed overnight with my three-legged, disabled German shepherd. The room was a bit tight for the both of us, but bed was nice, TV worked and had complimentary breakfast, which was good. The clerk in the office was very nice.
The check in was easy and they were so friendly. It was stressful because we had to find a place to stay during a snow storm. The whole experience was reassuring and enjoyable. Would definitely stay again.
