Pros:

It was well kept, clean, the staff was professional and polite. The location quiet and the mattress allow me to have a good night's sleep

Pros:

It was clean and the bed and pillows were very comfortable. I like that it is a vintage building - charming!

Cons:

The noise of the workers coming from the next door room - loud hammering all morning long. Not relaxing!!

Very nice location - excellent customer service and rooms
Pros:

check in was great - staff very professional, great attention to detail, very helpful with our questions - the room was great - nice and clean - walking distance to a good restaurant it was perfect for our trip

Cons:

we did not take advantage of the breakfast we were disappointed in the options of food, location and room set up - it was too cramped not a comfortable setting us I'm afraid to say - other than that one thing it was great

Cons:

Smell in the room.. air conditioning old and loud and think was cause of smell. Very aged room. Receptionist very unhappy and reception area smelt awful upon arrival. Whole place, area.. everything about it was worn. Was a cheap room but got no sleep and slept on top of covers as not convinced mattress would be clean. Spend more.. go somewhere better.. not good value

Pros:

We would have liked to see some gluten free options

Cons:

The showers need shower liners to stop water from leaking onto the bathroom floor. Also bathroom exhaust fans is definitely needed. Would definitely cut down on maintenance.
