Good, but disappointing.
Pros:

The location right next to the beach, and the welcoming staff.

Cons:

The lack of room facilities (ie: no bowls to use in microwave), and lack of choices in food for breakfast - plus the hotel had no restaurant - considering the price of accommodation charged, one would have thought that there would be one.

Cons:

Certains équipements etait inopérant. Comme la douche de la piscine, la salle de sport.
Les fauteuils n'étaient pas propres et le ménage n'est pas passé certains jours.

Great location.
Roomy accommodation

Cons:

The room was a suite, yet had no kitchen. The coffee maker was missing a part which we repprted, but was never fixed. For $300 a night, we expected better.

More pros than cons with this hotel. Plan to return in future.
Pros:

Early check-in available.
Later check-out than other hotels.
Breakfast had so many choices.
Staff was very nice.
Lighthouse was open and available. View was incredible.
Plenty of parking.

Cons:

No screen on balcony door.
No balcony chairs.
Window was covered in bird poop, hard to see view.

Pros:

Honestly I love this location. I've only been here twice on business trips and was raving to my family about it and we finally pulled the trigger because it is more expensive but the breakfast is worth it when you figure how much you would spend in town for breakfast. The views are amazing, especially if you're able to get one with an ocean view. The fact that you can go up into the lighthouse is a experience beyond itself. And right next to beach access.

Cons:

Must have been an off day for the staff normally they are all very nice however the lady we dealt with was very short and little rude. The couch had a huge tear in it the shower squeaked so loud could barely stand taking a shower.

Tammy provided a reason for a 30 year regular to never return.
Pros:

The view was great, the housekeeping staff were exceptional. The pool was decent.

Cons:

Tammy is rude, tried to change my room by phone call on the road 30 minutes before booking and told me that there was, "no inconvenience." Had a really nasty, passive aggressive tone. Played games with putting me on hold for a long wait, only to answer when I finally called again. Tried to ruin a vacation before it even began, she is the reason I won't be returning.

Also the kitchen can't keep up with breakfast, Sunday barely any food was coming out from 1 guy in the kitchen. Broken juice machine, they lock all the doors except the main entrance, expired elevator inspection certificate.
