Needing a room near the ferry. Easy check in. Ground floor drive up room pet friendly for our dog. Full Breakfast included is a bonus. Close to dinner restaurant.

Property was convenient and quite close to downtown and water.
The morning manager and breakfast was very good.
The building is older for the price range.
Did not like the breakfast. They do not put out any hot food and it has to be ordered the day before. The picture on their ad shows hot food serving containers but that was not the option. You get 1 little egg and bacon, very disappointing.
Liked that they prepared a warm breakfast for you, along with a choice of dry cereal, toast, muffins, yogurt, bagels, coffee and juice.

This hotel is centrally located in Yarmouth. Our room was clean, spacious, updated. Good parking. Excellent staff. Wonderful breakfast included. We arrived in Yarmouth on a Sunday...the city was pretty much closed down. The next day we went to see some of the historical sights & they were closed for the season (Sept 21). If you plan to visit Yarmouth, this motel is a great place to stay. But a day in Yarmouth is quite enough.

The front desk was unable to provide us with a correct password for internet access, when we checked in—if the connectivity issue was ever resolved, we were not informed.
Clean and close to great eateries
This place is close to the ferry. That’s about it. They stopped serving breakfast at 9AM. Considering how late we were getting in the previous evening we got up at 9 and missed breakfast.
