Worst bed I’ve ever slept it. Room was clean and Staff was friendly enough. Good location right next to a restaurant and grocery store.

Clerk would not check to offer another room. Carpet and chair in room stained and dirty. Would not replenish breakast at 8am because staff was on break for 20 more minutes. Best Western quality has really nosedived versus the old days...Restaurant next door was really good.

Okay, nothing special. Clean, the road is a little noisy

The door to the room didn't seal, the voices of people walking by sounded like they were in the room. Lots of light comes through the said around the door.

Aged property. Management has made limited cosmetic improvements to cover over inadequacies. While this property appeared to be the best lodging option available in the Round Valley area, we were disappointed with the product.

Floor in room was not clean and had spills, room was worn and dated. Lobby was very dated and cluttered. Staff was friendly at check in. Morning breakfast was very basic and minimal. Very small breakfast area. Few seats, dated and tables not clean.

Where to start, I guess with the positives. The front desk staff are very nice, breakfast opens at five until ten which is unusual but nice. The mattress were on the newer side and the linens were clean.
I would rate the property on the lower side of a Motel 6. Literally threadbare carpet which I haven’t seen at any BW EVER and we’ve stayed at many, at least in the triple digits. The bathroom is another story, the toilet seat was so loose you had to watch out that it and you wouldn’t slide off or get a nasty pinch you know where.
The shower, what an experience! Got it up and running and at a good warm temp only to have it randomly go COLD. Either we got the upgraded Spa Room with an attempt at a cold plunge or something is really wrong with the system, not to mention the shower head leaked blowing water back against the wall.
Breakfast…… Hostess mini donuts but only a few, 3 pieces of bread for toast,2 English muffins 2 bagels and really green bananas, I think you get the drift. They did have several well stocked bulk cereal containers though. About what you’d expect to find at a old mini-mart on the highway. Thankfully there is a restaurant nearby.

Bed and pillows lumpy, tiny eating area, pealing paint in room, stale smell. Do not recommend!

I was very pleased with the staffs assistance in getting first floor accommodations for our family. We enjoyed the room and will be staying again when we travel to the Eager area.

Really enjoyed our stay. Always love sink outside of bathroom. Had 2 luggage racks which were very useful. Though not a handicapped room was please to see a grab bar in the shower. The room was nice and roomy.

Several food options within walking distance. Beds were quite comfortable. We did not use the Internet.

Poor breakfast! At 7:30 everything was gone and no one to replace.

Check in gave me a room that was occupied walked in on the people not good them the room was old toilet problem dirty and ran costenly old place

1. Airconditioner was noisy. 2. Coffee wasn't replenished 3. Shower / tub wasn't clean

There where dirty cloths in dresser and water in shower couldn't be adjusted

Air conditioner too loud. Cleaning poor , guests have to ask several times for room to be cleaned. Furniture stained. Doors not secure. Bathroom not clean. Food was overcooked and limited.

Booked a King Size bed and paid for it through Hotels.com. Room was a double bed room and they would not honor our reservation.
