Close to our relatives we were visiting. Very friendly, helpful staff, super comfy bed!

Overall hotel was descent. Would have liked an indoor pool area.
The noise!!!!! We were on the 2nd floor but surrounding people were noisy, disrespectful!! The lady across from us kept going in and out 9f her room letting her door slam!!! She was speaking loudly on her cell phone using profanity AND this was after 11pm!!! We were happy to be leaving the hotel!!:
This was a very good facility for an ADA room on the ground floor for us and our 15-year-old 11-lb Dachsund Lola. There were good grab bars and a comfort-height toilet in the large bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was standard Best Western: sausage links, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and make-your-own waffle maker. Also various juices, yougurt, etc.
(1) The fan switch had been removed and wired in with the light switch in the bathroom. Unfortunately the fan sounded like a thrashing machine. I recommend the two circuits be divided with a timer switch for the fan and replacing the ageing fan with a much quiter one.
(2) There is no place for dogs anywhere near the breakfast room. We were turned aroid at the door and had to take our breakfast back to our room on a tray = NOT cool. The fact pets are not allowed in the breakfast room needs to be made crystal clear on check-in in a LARGE FONT.
(3) $260 for the room seems high to us. $199 would hav been more reasonable for the age and condition of theroom.
(4) A bathtub in an ADA room is laughable. All tubs should be replaced with zero-clearance showers with grab bars and a fold-up seat. No amount of grab bars in a tub will make it manageable for someone who needs an ADA room.
Breakfast was bare minimum.
We booked two rooms under the same reservation and put in a request to be close together. They put us on different floors on different sides of the hotel. The hot tub was broken, the bed were hard for the price I would never go back.
Terrible handicap set up
The staff are nice.
It is very outdated. The room had a strange odor to it and the beds were uncomfortable.
Excellent water pressure
Friendly staff
Attractive grounds
Pillows
Frozen scrambled eggs rather than fresh.
Nothing
No pool desperate advertising 2, rude staff who want to charge you for everything they can, it advertised 50$ hold and wanted 100$
This is a 1 star hotel, it's outdated, poorly maintained and over priced. Staying in your car with a rabid raccoon will be the hospitality equivalent of staying in this pit.
WiFi didn’t work during stay. Pool on site is not a pool. Breakfast was not great at all. Check in was an hour late, I asked for an extra hour after check out because of this and then they charged me for it and stated they told me about it. They did not. And refuse to refund me
The hot tub was the best part of our stay. It was large, the water was clear and not overly chlorinated. In fact, that would be my only concern, that it might be too unsanitized. But it felt good.
We arrived early, asked to use the restroom since we had a long commute, they said no, they are for guests only, well, we have a reservation, thier answer, untill you check in, you are not a guest, well, can we check in now, no, you cannot check in early (presumably, just that particular day due to room status) Completely uncaring. Then, when we do check in, I ask again, as I am downstairs unloading vehicles, and our room is upstairs. I'm sorry, we don't have a bathroom anyone can use down here, as in I have to go up to my room. IT IS A CONFERENCE CENTER, WHERE DO THE ATTENDEES GO TO THE BATHROOM. Complete garbage! Also, they say they have a "POOL" No, they have the lazy half of a lazy river. A handicap ramp leads down into the water (COOL!) it turns a corner, and doubles back about 10-15 feet and ends. It is about 6 feet wide, between 10 and 15 feet long, and 4.5 feet deep at the very end. SO it is a lazy river without moving water. Again, garbage. I will never stay here again, oh, and at over $300 a night, complete rip-off! Oh, and the hallway above the lobby (open balcony) smelled like cigarettes.
