Nice location and looks clean but don’t trust the pet friendly sign. Only dogs.

When I booked it stated that the hotel was “pet friendly” not “dogs only” or “no cats” so I got to the hotel, got completely checked in and as I walked out of my room the person who checked me in then said that I needed to leave because I had a cat and that I needed to find a new place to stay right away. When I mentioned it’s very last minute and that I got all the way checked in and it says pet friendly online she then said I could stay but my cat would need to sleep in her crate outside…in the cold and rain.

This hotel is a very comfortable stay.
Pros:

Very clean, nicely furnished, well maintained property. The pool and hot bath were very nice. The deluxe coffee machine in the lobby was a big plus.

Cons:

The breakfast was very basic with minimal options.

Overall hotel was descent. Would have liked an indoor pool area.

The noise!!!!! We were on the 2nd floor but surrounding people were noisy, disrespectful!! The lady across from us kept going in and out 9f her room letting her door slam!!! She was speaking loudly on her cell phone using profanity AND this was after 11pm!!! We were happy to be leaving the hotel!!:

Good ADA Room with a typical Best Western Breakfast included in the price!
Pros:

This was a very good facility for an ADA room on the ground floor for us and our 15-year-old 11-lb Dachsund Lola. There were good grab bars and a comfort-height toilet in the large bathroom. The front desk staff were warm and welcoming. The breakfast was standard Best Western: sausage links, scrambled eggs, oatmeal, and make-your-own waffle maker. Also various juices, yougurt, etc.

Cons:

(1) The fan switch had been removed and wired in with the light switch in the bathroom. Unfortunately the fan sounded like a thrashing machine. I recommend the two circuits be divided with a timer switch for the fan and replacing the ageing fan with a much quiter one.
(2) There is no place for dogs anywhere near the breakfast room. We were turned aroid at the door and had to take our breakfast back to our room on a tray = NOT cool. The fact pets are not allowed in the breakfast room needs to be made crystal clear on check-in in a LARGE FONT.
(3) $260 for the room seems high to us. $199 would hav been more reasonable for the age and condition of theroom.
(4) A bathtub in an ADA room is laughable. All tubs should be replaced with zero-clearance showers with grab bars and a fold-up seat. No amount of grab bars in a tub will make it manageable for someone who needs an ADA room.

Nothing special about this hotel. Stay somewhere else.
Pros:

Breakfast was bare minimum.

Cons:

We booked two rooms under the same reservation and put in a request to be close together. They put us on different floors on different sides of the hotel. The hot tub was broken, the bed were hard for the price I would never go back.
