nice facility, clean and friendly staff.

Corners of room had webs with spiders, asked for room service to take care of the matter when the did the room, came back to room and the spider was gone, however no made beds, no fresh towels, only trash taken out.
Multiple spiders in the room, flys. The tile floor was sticky and filthy. Holes all over the comforters . Will not stay here again when visiting town.

I found a partially eaten box of pizza on top of the microwave in my room. The staff wasn’t apologetic when I went down and showed it to them.

Entering the room we quickly saw two large brown spiders which we quickly dispatched. The next morning we found a black bug by the stool and checked out.
Flushing mechanism on toilet was not working properly. After flushing the chain connected the flapper would wrap around the flush handle and we had to access the inside of the tank to reset the chain after every flush. The handle on the shower control was so loose we thought it would fall off when using. There was also a small red stain on the bed sheet that looked like blood.

If you drive from Colorado Springs side for 20+ miles you won’t see a single shop and all of sudden your google map says the exit and you have arrived . So you will be scared where I am as there are couple of gas stations and this hotel.
But good part is staff is very nice and friendly and you will be safe as I stayed for 2 nights .
Breakfast is awesome and you will have customized burritos

Great staff wonderful breakfast. The area for dog friendly hotel rooms is in an older part of the hotel. That looks much like a motel, but it’s still was fine. Location was convenient but very noisy.

Nice that someone would make you a daily breakfast special if you wanted one, no extra charge.

The place is an old style motel from the 60's I would guess - I love that most of the rooms have a dedicated parking spot - the furnishings were dated, but well kept and clean - the bed was comfortable, the TV is Directv, and the wi-fi was iffy - I got better service from my 5G - Breakfast is made to order eggs, bacon, an hash browns, plus the usual Continental Breakfast fare. Overall, I would stay there again

Staff fantastic! Great breakfast for free. Only issue was no elevator to second floor.

It was the worst stay since we stayed at a BEST WESTERN in Arkansas.
The breakfast ladt was rude and snippy, she didn't like people coming at 10 minutes till 9. Terrible breakfast, nothing there!
The front desk REFUSED to give us a receipt.
They don't like the fact we booked a room with a third party.
I will NEVER stay in a Best Western again!

Quiet stay. The staff cooked breakfast burritos that were better than you would expect for a continental breakfast.

Clean and comfortable. That's all you can ask for.
