Nice stay
Pros:

Came in for the mineral show and was happy with the location and overall feel of this property. Right off the highway and has food options and a gas station adjacent which is very convenient.

It was close to where we needed to be.
Pros:

Breakfast was great. Breakfast staff were very friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Property was not well maintained. There was trash and dirt at the entrances and in the stairwell. Numerous dirty spots and wear/tear throughout. Pool and jacuzzi hadn’t been cleaned, there was trash at the bottom of both.

We will not be back. We should have gone the extra 20 miles to the Hampton Inn in Blythe.
Pros:

Breakfast was OK, yogurt machine didn't work, eggs were dry, coffee was good, only blueberry bagels available, attending employee was very helpful. Less than we could get at other hotels for the same rate.

Cons:

The back door didn't lock, lock was broken which didn't make me feel safe. Carpet is very old , really needs to be replaced, all of the buttons on the air conditioner were unreadable, bathroom door was hard to close and the hinges are rusty. The room smelled,not a good smell, upon arrival. The air outside of the hotel also stunk.
