Wonderful hotel. Stayed in the back section of the hotel overlooking the ponds and walking park. Park has fire tables to enjoy for a cozy visit. The on site restaurant Jeramiah's had an excellent menu selection and we had great service and food. We stayed in the King room and it was spacious and comfortable.
The room was nice. The beds are comfortable (a must for me). Typical breakfast, nothing special. Unfortunately the maintenance man got confused on which heater to turn up on the hot tub verses the pool. Pool was warmer than the hot tub. Loved the grounds!!! After a long drive it was nice to walk around. The restaurant "Jeremiahs" is just across the parking lot and dinner was great. If you towing a trailer or driving a bus, lots of parking available.
A modern (renovated) and clean hotel close to the highway but relatively quiet with a beautiful garden. Staff was welcoming and the atmosphere was very positive
Out check-in and check-out were easy and very welcoming and we were severed by great attendance with great costumer service. Even in calling the day of our stay our attendant in helped me book our stay while on the road and she was fabulous. Our room was a bit small and we had carpet rather than wood floors as shown in some of the hotel photos. The one thing I wish they could fix was make the bathroom light switch inside the bathroom. When someone had to get up in the night and turn on the bathroom light outside by the sink and minor everyone else gets woken up with the bright light. The exterior grounds of the hotel were amazing with a pathway around Kio ponds, a waterfall and a pet play area. We arrived after dark but still enjoyed our evening stroll. The onsite Jeremiah’s restaurant was very themed in décor and was a blessing. The separate breakfast building area was nice and also had employees with great customer service.
Great place to stay specially with a pet. Fabulous dog run and large grassy area. Walking path around koi pond. Beautiful landscaping. The restaurant is great food! Very nice indoor pool, but it is not heated. Your basic clean well maintained hotel room.

The bed was nice and our room was very comfortable. The toilet in our room needs to be reset; it rocked back and forth every time someone used it. The water runs really loud in the walls.
The walls and floors are thin; the people above us kept us up all night because we could hear them walking all over the floor back and forth and then their shower woke us up very early the next morning because the water is SO loud in the walls.
Having a fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and couch in our room was fantastic. The continental breakfast was great. The property was beautiful and we especially loved the ponds and trails. I wish we had time to visit the pool. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and we liked the gift shop and lodge too. I would definitely stay here again.
The best pet area, the area was beautiful, front desk lady was wonderful & super helpful! I will be recommending this place & will be staying here next time I’m in the area or coming through from Oregon to Texas! I love the cabin like feel too!

My second time staying here. I love the ponds and grass and walkways. They now have two enclosed pet areas. The restaurant across from lobby is outstanding. Had trout cooked perfectly.
