Can’t think of anything.
I literally stayed in four different rooms as my trip extended unexpectedly. The Creedence Clearwater Revival song "Stuck in Lodi" became the running joke everyone ribbed me with, with one friend literally recording himself singing it . . . Anyway, our stay in Lodi was quite nice, in large part because of the kind consideration of those at Days Inn Lodi. And, having stayed in four rooms, we can say they all were nice and clean, etc. The breakfast is "grab and go" and comprised of basically much of the cold fare you would see in an establishment of this sort (i.e., excluding the hot portion, if any), but just handed to you in a paper lunch bag. And . . . we liked it. After all, it was generous and a nice selection. But the real stars of the show are those at this Days Inn, from the proprietress (I think she is, anyway), to everyone else -- all very nice, thoughtful, cheerful, and accommodating.
For the price, I have literally no complaints at all.
The staff members were all great. I think I stayed in five different rooms as my stay kept extending, and all of them were just fine. (One preference that I have is that lights be warmish and more towards the yellow end of the spectrum. This gives a cozier feel. While a couple of the rooms still had the colder, very white, gas station at 3 A.M. lighting, it seemed they were in the process of changing these out, which I applaud.) The rooms were clean and quite adequate, with lots of hot water for the shower, etc. Also, they don't have a breakfast buffet or anything like that. What they do is they hand out cold breakfasts in lunch bags. I REALLY liked this option, once I tried it. Each bag had a small yogurt, a cereal with milk, a bagel, usually an apple, a muffin, and perhaps a thing or two I am forgetting. Yes, I like a HOT breakfast, but this cold option actually made up for it because it was generous and I liked being able to consume it over the next four hours or whatever. And they do have hot coffee ready for you in the morning. Finally, the manager -- I think the owner -- is very accommodating and worked with me as my plans kept changing underneath me. So, for me these lodgings really worked!
I have no complaints. The price was good. About all I can say is that it will be even better when they have all of the lights switched to the cozier color temperature discussed above . . .
My stay here was great, the room was clean and not smelling like others that I've stayed at. The front staff was very welcoming and professional. I like the area as it was closed to stores and eatery. I would definitely stay here next time.
There's nothing that I did not like.
Ok
Staff was helpful. Let me know to call in next time for special request such as first floor due to foot injury
No elevator for 2nd floor - I had a foot injury so it was difficult to climb stairs and there were no first floor availability
Your front desk was rude and not professional room wasn’t ready and she provided us the key and housekeeper still cleaning
Nothing was good about the property.
As many times as I have stayed at a Wyndham property, I have never been given a brown paper bag breakfast. This was very unacceptable. I asked for a downstairs unit as I am unable to climb stairs, I WAS DENIED.
Well maintained
Parking spaces are not enough
