Location was nice as we could walk to dinner. Breakfast was really good.
Non bayside can be noisy from traffic
Not much
Literal roach motel. There was a roach in the sauna and that was only the beginning. There were bats in the room and mold.
Peace and quiet
Old appliances and our floor wood flooring was loose and squeaking.
The hotel is easy enough to find and get to and has several restaurants within walking distance. Everything in the room worked fine and it was clean with ample towells and toiletries.
The outside of the property could use a bit of cleaning up, painting, etc., but it was not run down. There is a noisy and busy highway behind the hotel. The hot food on the breakfast bar should have been hotter.
We really liked that the indoor pool and the jacuzzi were together. The location was great, and there were plenty of restaurants nearby, which made it very convenient. We also liked that the bathroom had large wall-mounted bottles of shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and lotion. It was a nice touch and much more convenient than using the small travel-size bottles. We would stay here again.
We arrived about 10 minutes early, but they wanted to charge us an early check-in fee, so we just waited in the lobby until check-in time. The pillows on the bed were very comfortable, but the mattress was a little too hard for us. Unfortunately, the mini refrigerator in our room was broken, so we couldn't use it to keep our drinks cold.
The bed has a dip in the center of it. When sleeping my body kept rolling to the center of bed. Also, the lighting on the bathroom mirror could've been brighter.

Old, run down, smelly
Location was perfect.
Had to change rooms due to television not Operational. Breakfast options could have been plentiful and tasty.
Brought us a rollout bed when the beds weren’t as advertised, but it was dirty and we had to set it up ourselves.
In a terrible noisy location. Between the insane sound (I live in the second largest city in the US on a busy street and was more bothered by the sound at this place than I ever have at home). The noise level combined with the uncomfortable beds (even the non-rollaway bed was very uncomfortable) made it impossible to sleep even a few minutes all night. There also may have been people running illicit businesses out of this hotel, because the screaming from the other rooms contributed to the noise from the street. It was one of the worst hotel experiences of my life before a huge swimming race. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone even if it was free.
Location to the jetty. Breakfast was decent.
Elevator had little to no air conditioning, upon arrival our room was extremely hot! The public hot tub, didn't have enough water in it and there were no towels in the pool area! No coffee maker in the room. The walkway to the rooms were lopsided, making it difficult to maneuver the baggage cart.
The staff were extremely nice. The beds were VERY comfortable. The breakfast was GREAT!!
There was clumps of hair on my bathroom floor. I would have liked a coffee maker in my room. There was no coffee in the lobby as they were out of coffee filters.
