I stayed in Hanford to visit family. This place offered a nice place for me to sleep at night while visiting family during the day. The pool looked clean but it was not used during my stay.

not enough hand towers
I love the breakfast there the pool the staff very nice. I always stay there when I go to town there.
We had a softball team staying in multiple rooms and we asked if we could have a late check out and the night guy said absolutely. In the morning about 10:30 the cleaning lady told us we had better get packed out because they were gonna charge our cards for another night if we were not out by 11am. I confronted the owner and he said we had to be out no matter what their employee agreed to. Needless to say they just our whole teams business..losing 10 rooms shouldn't hurt them. We are always playing in the area playing at the softball complex almost every other weekend. They wouldn't let us have an extra hour after spending a lot of money at their hotel....never again. We will stay somewhere that actually cares about their customers..and not try to scam people for another night
First off, I booked through Hotels.com and later realized I paid $40 more than if I had booked directly with the hotel. Lesson learned—I’ll definitely compare prices next time before booking.
When I reserved the room, I specifically asked for a rollaway bed and was told there would be no charge. However, when I checked in, I was unexpectedly charged for it and the front desk staff initially didn’t want to honor the previous conversation. Thankfully, upon checkout, they refunded the charge, which I appreciated.
Unfortunately, the room had roaches, We would have left, but there were no other hotel vacancies in either Lemoore or Hanford due to the Pow Wow event in Lemoore, so we had no choice but to stay the night.
The hotel offers free parking, but since it was fully booked, there wasn’t enough onsite parking available. We ended up parking on the street near a car dealership.
To top things off, we were woken up early by other guests blasting music in the parking lot.
The gentlemen at the front desk were nice, but overall, I was disappointed with the experience and will not be returning to this location.
