The good - The second shift receptionist was very kind and friendly. They were willing to replace the TV that had a white line through the screen.
The bad - They were unwilling to find a microwave in an empty room (There were only ten cars in the parking lot) to replace the one that had broken in our room.
Very run down and neglected. The blankets were worn thin and one had a hole in it. Dead bugs and spider eggs surrounded the door to our room. Mulch from nearby landscaping had blown into the pool leaving it looking dirty. We were told a pool cleaner would come, but in our two-night stay, that did not happen.
The plexiglass that should have been attached to the railing on our patio had broken off.
We were surprised that there were no towel racks. If you wanted to reuse the same towel for a second shower, you’d have to figure out a way to hang it to dry.
We considered upgrading our room, but the two units we looked at were so worn and frayed that it was not worth the $78 a night (plus taxes) upcharge.

They said that Hilton is going to revamp this hotel. I would not return until that reconstruction and decorating is complete.

It was nice!

Booked a last-minute, one night stay. Was reasonably priced based on room size and location (there were no other openings in the area). The facility is located right on the beach, with easy access to the water and various establishments. The staff were very friendly and efficient at check-in. Since we were only staying one night, we did not have any issues that needed staff assistance. However, the room did have a strong musty smell, some lights did not work or were missing light bulbs, and it was obvious some areas had not been cleaned as one would expect. It did get rather noisy at night, but I think it was mostly music from other establishments. The facility seemed to be safe and family-friendly.

This was a horrible stay. The whole suite and bathroom were in terrible condition, hardly clean with stains on beds and couches. Towels were barely clean as well. Floors in the bedroom were full of condensation. In the pull out bed, there wasn’t any bedding or anywhere else in the suite. The customer service with the receptionists and staff was poor as well.

Roaches! And a moldy shower curtain!

Great view, easy access to the beach.

Very spacious, clean rooms with friendly service. Rooms offer modern vibe with nice pool views. Lovely balcony connected to pool area. I will stay every beach visit.

This is our 3rd summer of staying at this property. My granddaughter loves the pool and close proximity to the beach. The property is still undergoing renovations; however, all the wonderful amenities far outweigh any minor issues.

Didn’t clean the room everyday had to drop towels outiside the room every morning.

I liked that our room was on the pool level. I had a heart attack and have issues with a lot of walking. This room was very convient thank you so much!!!

I only wish we were able to get the shampoo and conditioner restocked, only complaint! Although we only asked once so we didn’t try too hard.

Spacious rooms.

Hands-down, the nastiest and infested stealing disgusting place possible I just rented the penthouse and was charged over 500 something dollars however the chick working there who works all weekend and stated last night when I was checking in with my significant other that she can do whatever she wants to the rates and was supposed to book me for the next two days and supposedly did however I got the penthouse 515 and behold I was flabbergasted and didn’t even get to get a wink of sleep. I instantly within 15 minutes had to come down and get spray away from her to just get the handles and mirrors clean all that you we’re not talking about the infestation of not just bedbugs however it is so bad that you cannot take your shoes off. Nothing is cleaned. There are other peoples hair and fivers there’s toenails there are roaches and it is the worst I’ve ever seen and it’s not just from clean cleaner a clean when I went down after called down to her and called her and told her what was going on. She was like oh I’ll have to notify the housekeeping person and I’m like I need a full refund first of all second of all , we cleaned and I need a full refund for tonight I will make and I’m sending it into corporate but it’s also going to the health inspector Better Business Bureau all over the Internet and this place is gonna be shut down because not only is it a safety, but it’s fraud on top of infestations and literal health hazards to the public and anybody so that being said do not

Has great potential unfortunately out stayed seen multiple cockroachs, wife found a old eyelash in the bed, pool was disgusting the don't have a bathroom by the pool so I could only imagine with all the kids. Dirtiness is my only complaint

Everything you need to know. Check in was fast and easy. We parked and started unloading and immediately noticed how outdated the outside of the hotel was and the grounds needed cleaning from spills. Next there is no air in the elevator, but the elevator is fast, so it wasn't too bad. Note that it was very wet nearly every time we were in the elevator. Now the room: We had a studio type room. It was pleasantly cool upon entering. The amount of space and the layout was great. We loved having separate areas and there were balconies in the front and back, street view and ocean view. I always check the furniture, bathrooms and beds for cleanliness. And I must say the room was exceptionally clean and I could tell they had recently updated it. As a note the toilets are very low for those who may have mobility issues. There was adequate closet space and a large dresser if needed for unpacking. TVs were great in the sitting area and in the bedroom and so was the Wi-Fi. There were snacks and drink vending machines around the property. The pool and the surrounding pool area were clean. If we had neighbors, I didn't hear them. Overall, I would definitely stay again.
