The AC didn't work. The filter looked like a blanket on the AC and the blower motor wouldn't push air. The TV remote didn't work. Our Keycards constantly gave us trouble. To top it off the coax cable for the TV was broken.

Needs to be updated. Had bugs in the bathtub. Plug ins on lamps did not work had to unplug the microwave to charge phones. Carpet needs cleaning.

We didn't even stay there and need a refund. They switched our room because of a plumbing issue and moved us to another without talking to us. The new room was also gross. We need refunded.

Didn't have a clean room ready. Reserved a king, got two doubles. Walls were paper thin. Dig was barking somewhere near my room. At check in, room rate was different from reservation. Place was tired.

Place is a dump, toilet seat not fastened to bowl, fill valve in toilet squeals while filling after flushing. Black mold in bathtub, cloth shower curtain, gets so drenched water allover floor. Shades on lamps cracked. 110 volt plugs on lamp bases did not work. Exposed wiring behind entrance door. NO ground fault devices in sink area, a HUGE code violation! Nice, decent sized, bug carcass laying on floor next to bed. Carpets, FILTHY, in room and commons area. Included breakfast a JOKE. Place should be shutdown!!!

The front desk lady was excellent. The carpet had several large wrinkles in it. The wrinkles were over an inch high and was a tripping hazard. The heat did not work. We called front desk and the lady brought us blankets and a small heater. It was hard to get warm. Was told it would be looked at the next day. Breakfast the next morning was cold. No milk for cereal. After all day outing we come back to a hot room. Tried to turn on a/c but it didn’t work. Tried the heat and it did not work however the fan did work. Talked to lady at front desk, she was willing to move us to another room but it was upstairs-inside. We were too tired to moved. I told her I thought we should be refunded one nice and she said she would see what she could do. Unfortunately, I know that will not happen.

Very good breakfast. Friendly staff.

No heater toilet did not flush

The hotel is outdated, but nostalgic. Clean and quiet. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Will definitly stay herr again.

I booked a two night stay. I got to my room around 1:30am 2nd night and room keys did not work. There was no one around and sign on door said will be back 7am. I called and no answer. I had to sleep in my car while my belongings were in the room.
After 7am i stated my situation politely and I got negative comments with no concern of my situation. Needless to say she still charged me for my 1st night and it wasnt her problem. She checked me out and im like, "Are you going to let me in my room to get my stuff?" She threw a fit and called maintance. When he showed up, she didnt realize i was still in the lobby and complained that some guy is throwing a fit and needs to get in his room. I couldn't have been more calm. Never raising my voice or cussing. And to think she still had the nerve to charge me. Ive have never seen more poor consumer service in my life.

Staff wasn’t very professional, air conditioner was very loud, sounded like a 2-stroke engine, pool was dirty, sheets were stained, walls are paper thin, can hear the conversations on the neighbouring room clearly. Got the room to try and save some money on a road trip. Spend a bit more money and get a better place.

Had several problems! The worst part was the floor. It looked ok, but I hardly walked much in the room (except to the bathroom 3 times) and the bottoms of my feet were black. I took a picture, and also of the disgusting wash rag I used in the morning to clean my feet. I showed the front desk manager

Dead bugs in bathroom. Air conditioner sounded like a small engine. Uncomfortable bed, worn out couch. Totally overpriced.

In general it might work in pinch, but not as a first choice. The staff were fine. The facility is older and not dirty. Our room although had a leaky toilet base, therefore the floor was always wet so half of the towels were used on the floor to walk on. Sewer smell forced us to run a very loud vent fan all night. Could not switch rooms because it was full occupancy due to big local event. Currying trying to get a refund to say the least. I won’t be back.

I was there from Monday to Sunday (7 days) and not one time did they empty my garbage, give me clean towels, vacuum my floor or even come to my room to see if I needed anything!!! I had to call on Saturday to finally say something and they brought me clean towel for 1 night and took out my trash. DO NOT STAY HERE!!!!
