Pros:

The room was great, service was fantastic, no issues with our room or the jacuzzi tub that was in it

Broken Jacuzzi Tub
Pros:

The room was very clean the bed was very comfortable.

Cons:

The jacuzzi tub that I paid extra money for sounded like a turbo engine while the Jets were on. It was so loud, it definitely would have been heard by the patrons below us. And then come to discover when we got out of the tub that it was actually leaking water all over the floor. I noticed that the flooring was lifting at the edges so this had been a previous issue that had not been fixed. When I brought it up with the receptionist she informed me that she would let the owner know.

Belle chambre

Cons:

Déjeuner affreux. Œuf froid. La dame qui apporte le pain, muffins, etc le fait avec ses mains, sans utiliser les pinces. Elle venait de toucher à tout et pas laver les mains. Pas très appétissant

We had an enjoyable stay and exploring surrounding area.
Pros:

Great location to amenities and near by towns. Our room was clean and comfortable. And also enjoyed the buffet breakfast.

It was a very comfortable stay
Pros:

The breakfasts were quite good, but I have a couple suggestions:
1; the sausages and eggs could have been kept warmer.
2; The plastic utensils were terrible, please switch to disposable wood utensils. Also better for the environment
3; For the sake of the environment, you should have recycle bins.

Cons:

We tried to book our stay directly with the hotel, but your web sight apparently put it through an outside source which meant that we didn't earn any point for our membership.

The stay was a perfect rest for a long day
Pros:

Easy check in with the staff member later in the evening. She was friendly and efficient. The room was very tidy and the sheets were crisp and smaller pleasant.

Cons:

I would recommend that the wifi password is written in the room
