The rooms were clean and comfortable, the staff were incredibly knowledgeable and friendly.

Cons:

The floors above us creaked when the guests moved about, and the website still lists breakfast as a complimentary buffet but that isn't true.

Spacious, comfortable stay with a great breakfast
Pros:

Great location between Lake Tahoe and Lassen Volcanic or Crater Lake. Large room with a sofa and table. Very nice. Also a pool though no hot tub...too bad. Enjoyed that the sink is outside the bathroom, facilitates ease of multiple people. Greeting staff was very warm and welcoming. Cooperation agreement with Lumberjack restaurant for breakfast is great! Good beds, clean rooms.

Cons:

Breakfast our first day wasnt available which was very disappointing as we hadnt come prepared for breakfast since it was included.

Pros:

Nice to get a real breakfast at the full restaurant on site and we didn’t have to leave to get dinner either. We were pulling a small u-haul trailer and the parking was really good. I only wish they would have had some grass for our small dog who struggled on the rocks in the planting areas. All in all our stay was good and we would stay there again
