room with the balcony was a nice bonus, room was very spacious with desk and couch.
there were only deep stairs to get to upper floors.

It smelled. There was a hole in the floor by the door going out of the building. The pool was closed because it hadn’t been cleaned

The location was good. Having a comfy bed was good. And a porch off of the room.
That the pool was closed we chose this hotel just for the pool for after hiking to come back too.

Direct TV box in disrepair. Had to reset every time the television was turned on. Wi-Fi was atrocious. 1 bar max and kept kicking off. Could not even make a flight reservation

We were not aware the rooms located on the second floor were only accessible by stairs, smokers below, door weather stripping not in good shape allowing smoke to come up into the room. So we put a towel at the bottom of the door. The curtains hit right at the a/c vent, so we had to clip the curtains in order to get the air to flow into the room, spots of mold on the curtains (probably from the a/c humidity. slight musty smell) The curtains didn't cover the edges of the window enough to block the morning light. The bed was VERY comfortable, the pillows are pretty but just fluff with no support. bathroom was clean. We never could get the nice big tv to cast from our phones. There didn't seem to be cable channels available although there was a direct tv remote. Sadly, I came down sick the next morning and was stuck in the hotel room our entire stay. I booked here because I'm highly allergic to dogs and they are Pet Free. We have had great experiences with the Best Western line many times before. This is just an old property that needs some attention. Not sure I'd book this particular Hotel again.

Rooms are clean. Property was nice. They had breakfast.
They have no guest laundry room. Our stay was 2 weeks and needed a place to wash our clothes.
