I had to ask several times for more towels. The bagels were stale and old. The balcony view of the parking lot was not enjoyable. The website made it look like we would look at the beautiful mountains.

Location was great for what we were doing.

Cons:

The bathroom floor was not clean at all. When we wiped up the floor with a towel from showering, the towel was black. We put the rug down but there was still water that dripped on the floor.

When I went to fix a cup of coffee, one of the coffee packs was open and 1 of the sugar, creamer, napkin packs had been opened and the stirrer taken out.

We had to put my husband's boots on the AC unit in the room to keep the curtains from blowing up.
I just hope the sheets and towels were actually clean and for a king size bed, there were only 3 full/queen size pillows and they were extremely flat.

I had to wait for my room to be cleaned when I arrived, wifi could not be accessed, and the TV remote was severely damaged. I feel this hotel is overpriced and takes advantage of its convenient location.
