No free breakfast and uncomfortable pillows
Pros:

No free breakfast!
The hotel is old and in need of updating.
The pillows are flat and uncomfortable.
The breakfast is at extra charge and u only get to choose from the 3 different shaded areas on on small menu. The food is average.
They say free coffee 24 hours but when I awoke early after asking for a blanket at front desk the coffee was old.

Good stay but double check details direct with hotel
Pros:

The room was comfortable and spacious. The location was good to base myself from for my reason for visiting the area.

Cons:

I was disappointed that the pool closed a week earlier than advertised on booking.com. When I raised this with the staff they told me that booking.com were told it closed on 2 Sept and not 9 Sept. Having the outdoor pool available for my daughter was the main reason I chose this hotel over the nearby Travelodge so it was disheartening that my toddler missed out on nearly a week of playing in the pool.

Pros:

We enjoyed a nice 2 night stay at this property, the staff was great, it was clean. The only downside I had was I booked a queen room and we had a double bed. It made for a little bit of an uncomfortable sleep.

A good choice.
Pros:

A very well-located hotel, interesting architecture. The room was spacious and clean, as it also was the washroom.
Furniture in good shape and comfortable.
The heated outdoor pool, gym and free parking a great value.
We were offered free breakfast on first day. That was a misunderstanding. I woke up my son so we wouldn't miss the convenience of the free breakfast.
But that was a mistake. Just tea, coffee, yogurt and cereals should be called free snacks, not "breakfast".
We went for breakfast somewhere else after that.
