Cons:

Customer service wasn’t great. We had to wait on towels daily. They couldn’t keep towels clean for some reason.

dirty rooms not just 1 but 3 different rooms we switched to all were dirty wasn’t offered a refund and we left.
Pros:

not one thing the manager is a joke doesn’t take in to consideration of his housekeeping not cleaning the rooms correctly (coming from a housekeeper) switched me to 3 different rooms all dirty then refused to give me a refund because my 6 year old was in the pool for the first 20 minutes we were there (water was to cold for the rest of us) said since we used the pool right when we checked in that he couldn’t give a refund for the crappy hotel he’s running

The breakfast was decent.

Cons:

The room was filthy, the floor was sticky and black in the corners. The smell was horrible and I had to go buy air freshener to aid in masking the smell. I also had to go buy toilet paper as the front desk didn't answer when u called.

If you are traveling by yourself I highly recommend you stay somewhere else as I did not feel safe.
Pros:

pillows were comfortable

Cons:

Bed was NOT clean, found stains and hair that was not mine in the bed before getting in. Had to get all new sheets just to feel ok sleeping in the bed. The hotel halls are not clean and other guests were VERY loud the entire night.

Price was awesome! Room was clean. It is located next to a busy interstate and you could not hear the traffic from our room which faced the interstate.

This hotel has so much potential on being great but the room was dirty.

Staff was very helpful seemed like they care about their job.

Cons:

Room was dirty. Mold in bathroom and of course I’m sick now. Had to clean the toilet myself. Shower had soap on the walls and hair in tub. They need to change the ac filters for sure. They could be a really nice hotel but need to re educate the housekeepers. Also only one towel set for 4 people in a 2 queen bed room so bought our own towels. There was an open bar of soap and a travel lotion but no other complementaries. Also it’s a 2 story hotel with no elevator so make sure to ask for a ground floor room if you’re not able to climb stairs.

The hotel was close to Drake University. The breakfast was provided by the diner attached to the hotel was great. The hotel staff were friendly and respectful.

The only bad thing was the key card would not open any outside doors.
