My room was thankfully NOT in the horse-shoe shaped area of hotel which circled the parking lot and became quite niosy. Being across the street from the University and the firat night of Spring break. My room was on the side of building with no parking and no people, so thankfully very quiet. I only came for a quick overnight so all I needed was a clean safe place for sleeping and this suited the bill nicely.

Cons:

This is not a luxery hotel. The whole place could do with a remodel. It was inexpensively made to start with.

Quiet, Clean, Pet Friendly - great for an overnight stay or longer!
Pros:

Everything was perfect. It felt safe. The room etc was clean. Breakfast is included and it was wonderful. Nice area to walk your pet. Very near the university and several restaurant options are within walking distance.

It was relaxing because the bed was clean and comfortable. Close to I-5. Very nice stay.
Pros:

Very convenient location to I-5. The breakfast is good. The staff were very nice. The room was clean and convenient access to outside considering we have a dog that needs to be taken out periodically.

Cons:

More breakfast variety. The bathroom is very small and need more counterspace and storage.
