Overall a good value!
Pros:

Staff and location is great. Good breakfast and I was able to do my laundry. Also very clean all around!

Cons:

Terrible pillows and the chairs in the room are narrow and low, not comfortable at all. Mattress was just okay.

My overall experience was very good!
Pros:

The breakfast was fine, with many good choices of food.

Cons:

The corner room was very dark, with no outside light , I believe room 122. I used my cellphone's flashlight to confirm the room number and then use the key-card to get in.

The kids loved the pool and would have stayed there for hours.
Pros:

The pool had a bathroom and shower and the breakfast room and staff were nice.

Cons:

I don’t have anything to say here. It was a good experience.

Overall, it was a nice and comfortable stay. Please improve on the breakfast.
Pros:

The room was excellent—very clean, with a super comfortable bed that made it easy to relax. I especially enjoyed the small balcony, which gave me a peaceful spot to sit and watch the ducks. It was a nice little touch that made the stay feel more relaxing. Parking was also simple and convenient, which is always appreciated after a long day of travel.

Cons:

Breakfast was honestly a letdown this time around. I usually try to stay at Best Western whenever it's an option, and a big part of that is because of the breakfast—it’s always something I look forward to, especially the waffle station. There’s something about making your own fresh waffle in the morning that just starts the day off right. It’s become a bit of a tradition for me.

That’s why I was so disappointed to find that there weren’t any waffles available during this stay. No waffle batter, no waffle maker—nothing. It might sound small, but when you come to expect a certain level of consistency from a brand, and one of your favorite parts is suddenly missing, it does take away from the experience. I hope this was just a one-off issue and not a permanent change, because the waffle station has always been a standout feature of the Best Western breakfast.
