Great location, friendly staff, but wished it was a little more updated.
Pros:

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The location was a short walk from the start/finish line of the Eugene marathon which was so nice.

Cons:

It was way overpriced even considering that it was the Eugene marathon weekend. The room was clean but outdated, and had a musty odor.

Would definitely stay here again
Pros:

The size of the room was great. Bed was extremely comfortable. Staff was friendly. I was impressed with how quiet the room was - really could not hear any exterior noise. Super convenient to an event at U of O.

Pros:

My room was thankfully NOT in the horse-shoe shaped area of hotel which circled the parking lot and became quite niosy. Being across the street from the University and the firat night of Spring break. My room was on the side of building with no parking and no people, so thankfully very quiet. I only came for a quick overnight so all I needed was a clean safe place for sleeping and this suited the bill nicely.

Cons:

This is not a luxery hotel. The whole place could do with a remodel. It was inexpensively made to start with.
