CLean, modernized with updates rooms. Nice fresh breakfast and friendly staff. Right off 95 so easy access.
Prefer hotels with rooms not opening directly onto a the parking lot, hotels with enclosed hallways for privacy and extra sense of security.
I liked everything. I especially like that there was no carpets in the room. Staff was extremely friendly. Just perfect hotel especially if you have a pet ! Love love loved it

Roaches no exhaust fan in the bathroom mold on the ceiling little bugs flying some dead on the bed it wasn't right and they need to do better front desk cannot compensate nobody the only thing that they can do is take a message for the management really

Being close to our travel price was good Breakfast was good better than a continental breakfast.
Whatever they were using for a cleaning. The smell wasn't pleasant for me or my grand daughter
the room is a great size , plenty of room for my family and I. it’s very quiet and a nice little area. The staff has been great! the room is modern and looks nice. love having the option of other apps on the tv other than the lame cable tv.
My only big complaint about this room is that the cleaning staff could do much much better. We stayed here, in the same room a week in between each other while traveling. The first night we stayed i could tell the shower hadn’t been cleaned due to a bar of soap on the ledge and soap scum surrounding it. when we came back a week later, the soap was still there😅 i’d recommend bar keepers friend to the cleaning staff. the floors also clearly hadn’t been cleaned but that could be due to the fact there’s a huge gap under the main door and when they cut the grass, all of the clippings come under the door. it also lets an excessive amount of heat through. I don’t think cleaning staff attempted to check the pull out bed to see if it was clean because there were crumbs and dirt all over and under it when pulled out. The Ac unit in the bedroom area needs replacing, the entire shell of the unit is popped out and it randomly started beeping in the middle of the night waking everyone up at 3am (we didn’t touch the temp settings btw)
We are wyndham owners and card users and had a TERRIBLE evening trying to get a room w a Wyndham hotel. Best Western saved the evening, and the end of our vacation honestly. The front desk employees, Jesse and Sri were FANTASTIC and make me want to only book Best Western from now on!!!! We mostly dealt w Jesse and can tell he enjoys what he is doing, is a great example of hospitality, and genuinely wants to help people as if they r staying in his own home. Bravo and thank u Jesse, Sri, and Best Western!!!!!

Parked right next to our room which made it easy to walk my dog.
We’re transferred to BWplus bc Other BW in Walterboro had no hot water.
Location & pool was clean.
They charge $100 incidental fee after booking. It was never refunded although we left no damage or incurred any “incidentals” charges. They never fave us refund, nor provided explanation. Kitchen staff was almost rude.
The location was good, Easy off the highway. I appreciate it the woman at the desk when I checked out. I explained to her the important parts of the room were quite dirty, and she listened and didn’t get defensive.
There’s noted above, the room, particularly the bathroom, was dirty. They definitely need to improve their cleaning efforts. Also, the breakfast was pretty useless. We checked it out and just left to get a real breakfast somewhere.
