Staying at this Best Western hotel in Hot springs AR. On our way to Texas. Very impressed with the rooms and front desk service. Jessica at the front desk was just absolutely amazing and extremely helpful.

Pros:

This was an unexpected stay for us but we were very impressed. The room was cozy and clean and the bed was very comfortable. Breakfast was included and you don’t want to miss that. The ladies cooking and serving the breakfast were so friendly and helpful. The food was pretty good too. Hope they have cinnamon rolls when you go.

Outstanding hotel!
Pros:

Stayed at Best Western Winners Circle on June 9 as I traveled with my dog. This facility is exceptional! Dog park is an added perk, especially after traveling several hours. Room 144 was perfect - it includes a small patio which just steps from the pool, pristinely clean & tastefully decorated. The Members rate of $106 made this an outstanding value! GPS was a bit confusing as it said hotel was on the right side of Central Avenue which is incorrect. For those traveling to the track, this is a fabulous location! The breakfast hostess prepares & serves the hot foods - scrambled eggs, potatoes, biscuits & gravy and the BEST bacon ever! Fruit, cereal, waffles, biscuits, yogurt, etc. provide more than enough to get ones day started. All in all a WONDERFUL stay!

They went above and beyond to ensure every detail of my stay was handled with care and professionalism. It is rare to find a team so dedicated to hospitality and guest satisfaction.

Pros:

Breakfast was great! It's a big place, so having it cafeteria style where one sweet lady is making plates made me feel so much better than had there been people's hands everywhere. Room was basic, but clean and had everything we needed.

Cons:

It was a little dated. I still loved the property overall, but it had a motel smell from childhood.
