All in all I would rate it a solid 8. I would definitely stay again but maybe skip breakfast.

Everything seemed to be good. Everything seems cleaned and welcoming.

Cons:

I wouldn't say it was bad but it definitely was the first. Out of all the motels we have stayed at being served breakfast was different. Usually breakfast is out and you go get or fix your own plate. Can go back for seconds or get something else. Here you told staff what you wanted and they fixed your plate for you. Don't know if you would of been turned down for seconds if you wanted something else. We didn't try!

Great place to stay while enjoying downtown Hot Springs
Pros:

Location was convenient and parking was easy; it was quiet; bed was comfortable; pet friendly; full breakfast was flavorful and the price was right!

Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been great

Clean and secure
Pros:

We initially only booked here d/t proximity to hospital, but I’m glad we stayed here. Very clean, much more secure than others near by, and Kim was very friendly when we checked in late in the evening. Dog park was also great. Husband says bed was most comfortable for a hotel he’s ever seen. Check out simple and easy.
