Great place to stay while enjoying downtown Hot Springs
Pros:

Location was convenient and parking was easy; it was quiet; bed was comfortable; pet friendly; full breakfast was flavorful and the price was right!

Cons:

Some fresh fruit at breakfast would have been great

I will be using best Western in Hot Springs again
Pros:

The breakfast was tasty and had a wide variety of items to eat. staff was very at and pleasant to deal with. They look like they thoroughly enjoyed their job. Next time I will be using best Western again.

Cons:

Going up and down the stairs was the only problem we had next time we’ll get a room on the first floor

Clean and secure
Pros:

We initially only booked here d/t proximity to hospital, but I’m glad we stayed here. Very clean, much more secure than others near by, and Kim was very friendly when we checked in late in the evening. Dog park was also great. Husband says bed was most comfortable for a hotel he’s ever seen. Check out simple and easy.

Great value. I’d definitely visit this hotel again if in the areas.
Pros:

The free breakfast was really good. No powdered eggs. They serve you cafeteria style. The woman working the two days we were there was so friendly and helpful.

Cons:

I can’t think of anything i didn’t like.
