Chipped furniture, only one garbage can - in the bathroom. And a faulty toilet and no real support.
Pros:

the location is really great. its easy to walk everywhere.

Cons:

from the moment we checked in, the toilet barely worked. You had to work really hard to flush it and most of the time it didn't flush at all unless you held it down for several minutes. I repeatedly had to deal with the front desk on this issue, on our second night the front deskperson came up 3 times to fix it. Upon checkout, I was told that I would get some sort of credit via gift card but that has never shown up. And the manager who promised to give me that card would not tell me how much it would be for. It never materialized. I get it that tourist season means everything is booked, but the customer service was lousy.

Schönes Zimmer, gutes Frühstück, tolle Lage
Pros:

Das Zimmer war sehr schön und gross. Wir hatten Blick auf den Inner Harbour. Der Balkon war aussreichend gross und hatte 2 Stühle und einen Tisch. Das Frühstück gab es in Buffetform, mit einer ausreichenden Auswahl. In der Lobby gibt es kostenlos Kaffee und Tee. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir konnten zu Fuss zur Fisherman's Wharf und zum Inner Harbour, wo die Walbeobachtungstouren, die Seaplane Flights und die Sightseeing Busse starten. Es gab genügend Parkplätze in der Tiefgarage.

Cons:

Ich bekam vor unserem Aufenthalt eine Message vom Hotel, ich solle meine Kreditkartendaten erneuern und über einen Link bestätigen, ansonsten würde meine Reservierung storniert werden. Da dies eine bekannte Fishing-Masche ist, wollte ich das Hotel kontaktieren und fragen, ob die Message wirklich von ihnen ist. Leider war das Hotel nicht erreichbar, weder telefonisch noch per Message. Es hat niemand geantwortet. Ich habe die Message mit der angedrohten Stornierung erst einmal ignoriert. Mit dem Zimmer hat dann doch alles geklappt. Auf meine schriftliche Anfrage bekam ich dann erst ca 1 Woche nach unserer Abreise eine Antwort. Ob die Message mit der angedrohten Stornierung wirklich vom Hotel war, wurde nicht beantwortet. Hier sollte der Service verbessert werden.

Pros:

Location really. Parking at hotel good to have. Kitchenette useful but it had no plates!

Cons:

Breakfast very minimal and on the cheap side with plastic plates and processed food.

Pros:

Staff, balcony, wifi, breakfast all great! Toilets are tiny and are difficult for elderly, so low to floor. Hard to complain it was fine!

Pros:

Great location from the Victoria clipper terminal and it was nice having a indoor hot tub and the pool was small but still nice and refreshing to use as well. Nice breakfast included.

Cons:

I think for it being a smaller hotel and the pool was small. It seems to be a little bit older and for the price of over 300 a night I understand it’s summertime. It was a little overpriced for the size.

Good value right off the Inner Harbor
Pros:

This hotel was a nice surprise in a great location. They even had an outdoor pool and a large, well maintained hot tub. Breakfast was included and was adequate for our needs. The room was large and had two comfortable chairs in the room and an outdoor patio with a table and chairs. It was very clean with good amenities. It was a good value. As Texans, we were a little freaked that it was not air conditioned, but with a fan and the window (screened) open, it was very comfortable at night. Despite being steps from the Inner Harbor, it was quiet.

Pros:

The hotel is very close to the inner harbour so we could walk to all of the attractions. We had two balconies, both with screen doors. The kitchen area was also helpful to have. The complimentary breakfast was good to have.

Cons:

The pullout sofa bed mattress was very uncomfortable.
