Categories

Cleanliness
4.5
Multiple reviews call out dirty floors, pet hair, dusty rooms and a filthy breakfast area; cleanliness is a clear weak point.
Service
7.8
Mostly positive mentions of friendly, helpful front-desk staff (Robert called out by name), though one report of a no-show reservation hurt the experience for that guest.
Location
7.5
Frequently described as convenient for getting around; a few guests described the area as run-down or sketchy.
Room Quality
5.8
Rooms are basic with some positives (comfortable beds, clean sheets) but also dated fixtures, noisy AC/heating, broken TVs and maintenance issues.
Amenities
5.5
Breakfast consistently praised, but several broken amenities (ice machine, pool closed, vending lacking, Keurig/hand-towel issues) reduce the score.
Value for Money
6.8
Many guests felt the price was fair for what was provided, though some cited high event pricing and limited amenities as negatives.
Food and Beverage
7.6
Breakfast receives repeated praise as excellent and varied; a few comments note understaffing or lower-quality items at times.
Overall Experience
8.1
Mixed overall: guests appreciate friendly staff, good breakfast and convenient location, but cleanliness and maintenance issues detract from stays.

Short n sweet
Cons:

Room layout, and need more or some vending machines.... And then the cleaning lady was a pain in the ass just sitting at the door waiting for us to be done and acting kinda pushy.... Did not like that at all

I’m conflicted because there were reasons to say it is the right value for the lodging we experienced, but I’m not sure
Pros:

The room was basic but clean. There was a nice breakfast room with good offerings that we enjoyed.

Cons:

The buildings need improvement outside. It definitely looks run down and I’m not sure it’s in the safest part of town. But the people we met at the front desk could not have been nicer.

The room was just what we needed at a fair price and again, the staff was very friendly and helpful.
Pros:

Friendly, courteous staff; clean room, convenient location

Cons:

The property is on the older side and could use some updating but given that it seems to be a well run hotel.

Cons:

This is an old motel. The AC rattled throughout the night. Appeared to be a sketchy area.
