The kindest, most accommodating staff!
Pros:

We had to drive to Dryden for an emergency vet appointment. We called the hotel, and Tammy was on the Front Desk. She was absolutely amazing. She did everything she could to make our stay as comfortable as possible, giving us a room with an outside door (street level), for our dog. The room was clean, comfortable, and it was a welcome sight after such a harrowing trip. We then had dinner in the hotel restaurant. The servers, chef, even the housekeepers were so fantastic and Kind. It was a great stay, and we will be traveling there again next month. Without a doubt, we will be staying there. Thank you to ALL the staff there, for being so kind to us. You will not be forgotten!

Perfect for the price and location
Pros:

The room was clean and quiet. The restaurant was a really pleasant surprise with good food at a reasonable price. And the wait staff were excellent!

Good room and bed - terrible restaurant
Pros:

Restaurant was terrible, sent back a steak sandwich twice and gave up - ordered it medium rare and came out of the Kitchen well done both times . Hungry ordered an appetizer which arrived with burnt hard brown cheese . Yeah - eat anywhere in town but here .

Nice, but…..
Pros:

Clean, comfort and nice front desk people.

Cons:

Breakfast, there was no Buffet same as all other Best Western I’ve been to. I remember one restaurant manager was rude - the order was incorrect and she was hardly accommodating.

Pros:

I liked the fact that you could park in front of your room. The breakfast was wonderful.. so nice to have a really hot meal of what you feel like eating. It was great. Liked how nice and friendly the staff were..

Cons:

Didn't like that the pool wasn't open.
