The beds were very comfortable. I was there to meet and pickup a puppy and the spot that was for the dogs were perfect but had no bags for poo thank goodness I brought my own but it was great access to our room for the pup

Will not be back we don't think.
Pros:

All staff has been so nice till this year. There is a wonderful girl.maybe early 30's. We've seen here for years. She is so sweet and accommodating. We talk to her for a while every year.

Cons:

The place used to be really nice and clean. All.staff has been so nice till this year. They hired a older lady. She was very rude and had no manners. She ignored us amd waited on a customer behind us like we never was talking to her. Then after she was done. Started to help us again the phone rang. Answered it which was OK, but proceeded to help them instead of asking them to wait a minute. My husband told her we love this place and stay every year but that was professional. She just ignored him. Its a shame what is happening there. The whole carport was covered by people hanging out and drinking. We are fine with it but you couldn't pull in anywhere. I understand it's Maggie Valley but not everyone is there to party. I do not believe we will stay there again like we do every year.

Was there for a church confrence and the location was great
Pros:

Room was very comfortable and We were able to walk so many places to eat and the hotel had a FABULOS breakfast at no extra charge. The scenery from our room was magnificent. I would stay there again for SURE

You can sit on the porch and rock seeing everyone travel by. It is right beside Legends which has a great food and bar. The view of the mountains.

Dissapointment on how run down the Motel is.
Pros:

Staff was nice and friendly. Location was perfect.

Cons:

Facility is really run down and old. Updating is needed, not your typical Best Western. Sink and tub was very slow at draining.
