Great room , comfortable
Had to ask for a change of sheets because there was an odor on them when I went to bed. They were changed, and they smelled fresh after that.
Efficient, Had all the amenities I needed.
Larger room, it would have been difficult for two people to negotiate.
The bed was comfortable.
I was very disappointed in the room. It was not clean there was mold in the shower and spiderwebs in each corner of the room. Also the smoke detector was not working. Was not a clean place to stay nor was it a good price for the quality of the stay.

Everything was good. I will not elaborate on the one negative when the rest of my experience with housekeeping and staff were positive.

Pool was out the entire weekend. TV didn’t work, coffee machine wasn’t working and when it was fixed the next day it was bad. No diet soda in vending machine. Staying with two kids and getting here after a 4 hour drive to no pool and no tv was BRUTAL. I felt so bad for them. I want to make it clear that this is not the staffs fault, who probably just showed up to do their shift and realize everything’s falling apart and there is nothing they can do. Best western should have sent notices about the state of the hotel before we arrived. It is gut wrenching that they accepted 100% of my money in return for 50% of the services

Very hard to get to due to construction
Food, Liquids, Coffee, variety of food. Everyone was really nice and helpful and happy.
Bed's where a little to hard also it would have been nice to check in a little bit before 3:00 pm.
