I would stay there again.
Pros:

Convenient location just off Rt 95the bathroom

Cons:

There was a pinhole in the pipe coming out of the wall in the shower which sprayed onto the floor between the tub and toilet.

The manager at the check in desk was nice.

Cons:

My bed smelled like Ramen broth and body odor, the people in the room next door to me had their TV playing at full volume until 11pm. I wasnt able to sleep at all for these two reasons. The breakfast was cold at 7 am. I've stayed here before and it wasnt nearly as bad.

No hot water
Pros:

No hot water when I awoke. Called the front desk. She said yea we are booked no hot water can be an issue. Called and spoke to a manager the next day he said yea we have 106 rooms so if we are full there's not enough hot water. Avoid this place unless you don't need a hot shower

Pros:

Nice pet-friendly place to stay in an area with lots of options for gas and food. Right off I-95. Lots of grassy areas to walk a dog. However, room 125 had a toilet bowl that wasn't secured fully to the floor, which rocked and made a great deal of noise. Also, this is an adjoining room, so when someone had a late check-in next door, loud conversations were easily heard, making sleep difficult.

Clean hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel, professional staff, and a great breakfast. Highly recommended. The motel is in the process of updating furniture.

I originally liked the rates, a free breakfast and that there were laundry facilities on site. The hotel was undergoing renovation so I specifically requested a room that had been completely renovated. Instead, we were put in a room that 2 days later had to be moved to a different room. There is one washer and one dryer for 108 guest rooms and they were broken.

Cons:

Everything above. Everything that originally made me select this hotel. The rate difference changed when I made the reservation to when I actually selected this room through Booking.net.

Excellent overnight stay
Pros:

Overnight stay on way back from Florida. Room was clean, neat and carpeted.
New mattresses were being put in all the rooms! Breakfast buffet was varied, and excellent (one of the better ones that I've seen in this price class). Paul at the service desk was excellent!
