Clean hotel
Pros:

Very clean hotel, professional staff, and a great breakfast. Highly recommended. The motel is in the process of updating furniture.

I originally liked the rates, a free breakfast and that there were laundry facilities on site. The hotel was undergoing renovation so I specifically requested a room that had been completely renovated. Instead, we were put in a room that 2 days later had to be moved to a different room. There is one washer and one dryer for 108 guest rooms and they were broken.

Cons:

Everything above. Everything that originally made me select this hotel. The rate difference changed when I made the reservation to when I actually selected this room through Booking.net.

Excellent overnight stay
Pros:

Overnight stay on way back from Florida. Room was clean, neat and carpeted.
New mattresses were being put in all the rooms! Breakfast buffet was varied, and excellent (one of the better ones that I've seen in this price class). Paul at the service desk was excellent!

Location was great. Lots of restaurants in close vicinity of BW and very close to highway.

Cons:

Room was sub par and very small. Breakfast was very good with lots of variety.

Stinky room
Pros:

We stayed in room 505 - had we not driven 14 hours I would have said something but my goodness the room smelled so bad! It was stale cigarettes and oh my it was awful. The ac/heat did not work, couldn’t even try to use it, as it was fried, legit the cord was fried, very dangerous. If anything maybe get dehumidifiers for that room, it’s really bad!

we loved the room, very comfortable..also close to Rte. 95....staff was very friendly and helpful! and breakfast was great with
