Very terrific front desk. Place is older and needs a makeover.
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay in this Best Western
Pros:

We asked for a scentfree room and we got it! The beds were fine. The breakfast was wonderful just like last year.

A little uncomfortable.
Pros:

Breakfast was ok, location was Great🥳

Cons:

Being on the Back of the Motel & Noticing the sketchiness going on outside the door. My mom felt very unsafe. I had to reassure her everything would be fine it was only for one night.

Broken Shower with No Hot Water
Pros:

Room and breakfast were good. Convenient location.

Cons:

I couldn't take a shower because the bathtub plumbing was broken. The faucet handle was spinning and would not connect with hot water. I had just come fron an 8+ hour drive and was sore, tired and dirty. All I really wanted was to take a hot shower but I couldn't do that. Isn't that the main thing that people want when they pay for a hotel...to be able to clean and refresh themselves?
Moreover, the staff person said that there wasn't anything they could do for me. No refund or credit or perk...nothing. I find that hard to believe. So for this reason I was very disappointed and really not happy.

Pros:

The bed was comfortable

Cons:

The room smelled bad. I went to the store to get air fresheners to make it bearable. We stayed because our a/c was out and it was a 100 degree day. Because we were local we were required to put down a $100 cash deposit that was given back after the room was inspected at check out. Weird.

Pros:

Easy check in and good staff and late checkout was good

Cons:

The floor was incredibly dirty. Also we came home with bed bugs. Please watch out.
