Easy check in and good staff and late checkout was good

Cons:

The floor was incredibly dirty. Also we came home with bed bugs. Please watch out.

Not my best hotel experience!
Pros:

Great breakfast, friendly staff

Cons:

Location extremely noisy from road noise , price was too expensive 226.00 a night was in room only 10hours.

Pros:

Breakfast and comfort of the room. The staff was also kind and accommodating.

Cons:

I didn't research and I did not like the outside access. I was traveling by myself and that was a bit sketchy, but okay overall. I am just used to enclosed hotels.

Our 5th time at this lovely Best Western
Pros:

This is our 5th time staying at this Best Western and it's consistently the best place around! The reservation process is simple, your guaranteed a professional, efficient and friendly staff and a very clean property.

We really enjoy the hot breakfast, eggs, french toast, pancakes, sausage, bacon and large variety of fresh fruits, yogurts, hard boiled eggs, breads, pastries made to order, in a very clean cafe with nice staff. We also appreciated the coffee, tea, juice station available 24 hrs in lobby. And all of this at a very reasonable price!

The rooms are nicely decorated with comfortable beds and pillows. Very clean too.
There's also a beautiful pool surrounded by a lovely garden. It's two levels with a large parking lot. Just know there isn't an elevator but the stairs aren't too steep. Even though it's on a busy road, it's very quiet.

Plank Road has so many restaurants, shops, malls, gas stations, care clinics...it's in a great location. We really like Park Lane Tavern, Sakura Japanese Steak House, Mi Rancho Mexican and The Alpine Chef (authentic) German, just to name a few!

Just know that your experience staying at Best Western will be a good one!

Excellent place for overnight stop with my dog.
Pros:

Breakfast was great, lots to choose from. Staff is excellent. Very friendly. Room is clean, comfy beds. Location is good, close to major highway and many choices for food.

Cons:

Bathrooms need to be updated, toilet and bath.

Standard hotel in Fredericksburg
Pros:

Decent location for visiting Fredericksburg. Room a good size. Good complimentary breakfast.

Cons:

Fridge in room was noisy. Breakfast food was good, but annoying that plates were paper and cutlery plastic. Not only is it difficult to use, the waste is bad for the environment.

Convenient, clean, and good value
Pros:

Convenient location with good breakfast and ample parking. Within walking distance of several restaurants. Excellent staff. Easy in/out. Although an older facility, everything was clean and very well tended to.
