Parked in the front shared parking lot - of plaza as we were traveling with a U-Haul.

Great breakfast
Needed a hotel for the weekend because we had an event in the area. This was certainly centrally located in Fredericksburg - right on the main road (Rt 3), right in the middle of the commercial zone, right in the middle of a strip mall. The place is older, was undergoing some maintenance/upgrades, but could certainly use a lot more upgrading. Rooms were decent sized, bed was comfy, Wi-Fi worked well, breakfast was outstanding - a great variety and servers kept replenishing items as needed. Our only issues were 2 minor ones - (1) none of the USB outlets at bedside worked, and (2) our room was poolside, meaning we had to park and walk suitcases, etc., quite a way to get to our room. Otherwise, a decent place to stay at a reasonable price.

Breakfast was exceptional. Coffee 24 Hrs was great. Clean pool with comfortable chairs. Room was clean and beds comfortable.
Specifically wanted a hotel with room doors outside so I could park in front of my room and have ease unloading and loading car. Also, don't even have to completely unload car. Unfortunately I was never able to park even close to my room.

The pool area was nice but the latch on the door was broke and our grandson kept getting out of the area
I booked a king room and 2 queen rooms and when I checked in the girl told me I booked 3 queen rooms. When I pulled up the reservation, she said they were sold out of king rooms. I was persistent about this and finally a man came to the desk and I got the king room. One room was for granddaughter and the tub had hair all over the inside. The room I booked for my daughter’s family had a bathroom door that didn’t shut.
