Breakfast was good. Coffee wasn’t the best.
The fan motor was very noisy as if ithe bearings and fan motor was broken. It was noisy the entire night. Difficulty sleeping.

This is a roach motel + my room smelled like straight weed. When I went to go to bed that had a roach and a spider on the pillow

The air conditioning didn’t work adequately with temps in the 90’s and high humidity. I asked about just after checked in and was assured it will cool off. When we can back from days events, I didn’t feel safe leaving the room due to type of guests beside us. We tossed and turned all night from the heat. I requested a room within eyesight of office and that wasn’t provided. We had someone messing with our door at 3:30am. The
breakfast was not good. We fully complied with our agreement to pay the day cxl fee of the first night and request a refund for the second night

Pretty nice desk staff
Cleaning staff left a semi made bed and must’ve left door open while cleaning because upon our return our room was FULL of flies!!! They did not leave another bar of soap either
