I've noticed a change for the better; new owners? The workers seem to care more now. My room was cleaned each day. I liked the hallway coffee. It was cleaner. Somethings still could be refreshed. I see you allow pets now, that is nice. The breakfast had real eggs and sausage.

Large Parking area in perfect condition -as we were pulling a trailer. Comfy beds!

musty, humid room, breakfast was the typical breakfast, I wish that all hotels would have something different, healthier, like yogurt without sugar, whole grain breads
The room was spacious, the bed comfortable. Even tho just staying briefly passing thru, this is absolutely a good place for family & kids. The pool area is large & the pool is good sized & in the shape of the state of MN, nice. The breakfast is worthwhile 6am - 930am & has warm options in addition to many standard available things. They finished re-coating their parking lot, so there's plenty of parking as well.
The check-in was a bit clunky, some problem with the third party booking and their systems, after ten minutes it was resolved. This is an appealing place to stay over other options in the area, by experience.
Could have used a handicapped room but didn't get one had surgery two days prior handicap room would have been nice. Ask for a handicap room also
Breakfast area was very nice and well marked. Food was prepared very well (better than a lot of places we have stayed!!.....room temp seemed easy to control.....pool and pool room was absolutely amazing!!! Parking area was easy to get in and out and safe feeling. Overall it was a very nice stay!
The staff are extremely friendly. The young lady in the breakfast room was especially good at her job! Rooms are clean. Facility feels safe. Breakfast was good.

The smell permeating the hallways was offensive, I don’t know what it was, but it wasn’t pleasant. The room smelled like chlorine, which was better. The tub and shower didn’t look clean, there was staining on the grout. The linens were good and the pillows were acceptable.
The staff were very friendly. The pool was on the shape of Minnesota. And their breakfast was really good.
Beds are rock hard, staff was less than helpful, and I room wasn’t ready for 30 mins after check in while we sat and waited with a toddler so they gave us another room that was way smaller and cheaper and never gave me the extended back. Oh and the AC really doesn’t work so expect a very hot stay of its warm out.
